Went in for the first time today to try the new Clermont location. They have been open for 45 minutes. The man who was working there was still putting out food. He looked extremely angry never even greeted us or said one word to us so we just decided to turn around and walk out. Not a very good first impression for a new restaurant.

Bambu in Clermont truly exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff attentive without being intrusive, and every dish is bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors. The presentation alone feels like a celebration, and the taste easily matches it.
From the moment I walked in, the service from Ricky was prompt and gracious. Very friendly and informative gentleman.
There was a nice variety to choose from, and everything I tried was delicious!

Terrible service. Incorrect order. We ordered online for a specific pick up time. In addition to waiting over 30 minutes after pick up time, our order was incorrect, which we only realized after getting home. Very disappointed because when we called to indicate the error, the response from the person who answered the phone was extremely uncaring. We will not be purchasing from Bambuu Clermont again.

First time here! Drove 30 minutes to try it and was so worth it. Employees and manager were so helpful, they explained how to orders and also recommended us the deal they had going on. Crab rangoons and the apple wontons are a must!

The manager Ricky is Disrespectful the first time I ever came in he commented on my looks and compared it to another employee. And it’s to the point where I don’t even wanna go in that restaurant anymore because I am so uncomfortable when he is there you guys need a new manager. He is awful.

So, so good!
I don't really go out to eat chicken, but they gave me a sample of the Bourbon chicken, and I had to order it it was YUM,YUM! The portions are very generous. Rice, the noodles, everything was just right!
