Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I asked if there were any ice cream cakes to buy.. the girl said.. just whatever’s in the freezer (knowing I just walked from over there) then she took me over to the iPad where I could place an order for one.. couldn’t figure out how to use it… we walk over to the freezer and she couldn’t tell me basically anything about any of the cakes in the freezer. All I kept getting was “I don’t know.” Then.. I finally pick a cake that may or may not be ice cream cakes (to be determined - it is ice cream according to her) and said .. if that ones ice cream I’ll take that one. And she proceeds to say “you can grab it.” First of all, I was not asking/ expecting her to grab it for me… but what kind of customer service is that. lol. Then I go to pay and she proceeds to tell me my visa only approved $9 and I still owe $30 (total was $39) … I used the same visa for the “remaining balance” …… not to mention I tried calling several times over several hours NO ANSWER. Keep up the great work.

Currently standing in an empty store lol there is literally no one here. Super clean though. Unfortunately I can’t get any ice cream walked at 8:30pm, have said hello several times. No one responds, no cars in the parking lot. Both registers say closed. So sad probably clean because no one works there lol.

DONT GO HERE!! My family was visiting to get ice cream and wanted Baskin Robbins. We got through the door at 7:45pm (they close at 8pm). When we asked for ice cream the “boy” (young employee) mopping the floor told us they were no longer serving. We told them you close at 8pm. He then says “no we leave at 8pm” and refused to serve us. My entire family was turned away because they leave at 8pm. By the way we are a Hispanic and African American family. I really hope the owner reads this and addresses this.

Worst service ever… They gave me the wrong item and when I asked to exchange, the 2 lady’s gave me an attitude while talking over the phone with someone.. lady with dreds throw the cup and start grinding her teeth’s. The other one Yell yo no argue with me because she want me to leave the store. All this time I’m just listening to them disrespecting me while waiting for my service.. they can work under pressure. I’m a district manager for T-Mobile and I can assure you that this type of employees make Dunkin looks very very bad Please remove this girls from there I’ll be calling corporate for this and escalate this other way to the top. Last time I come here

Not terrible. I went because they had a plant based option which was okay. They only have one plant based cone option and it was meh. The lady working was really nice. The place was empty though which was kinda weird.

We had an awesome experience here. It was almost there closing time so there was cleaning the store and all. BUT this one employee made our experience amazing. However the girl working the Tuesday evening shift on the 12th July behind the counter... Thank you for the great experience. She was so polite, kind, and sweet. She offered to have us a taste the ice cream and explained the flavor with a lot patience. This kind of experience is non existent after Covid times. So thank you for the great ice cream. Oh and she even told us that the fudge and Caramel ran out but had options on how to fix if we wanted it. So sweet! We drove 30 mons to go get ice cream, so this was TOTALLY worth it! Thanks!
