Horrible delivery service. They don't even notify you that a type of ice cream is unavailable, or offer a replacement. Would rate 0/5 stars if I could.

Worst service ever… They gave me the wrong item and when I asked to exchange, the 2 lady’s gave me an attitude while talking over the phone with someone.. lady with dreds throw the cup and start grinding her teeth’s. The other one Yell yo no argue with me because she want me to leave the store. All this time I’m just listening to them disrespecting me while waiting for my service.. they can work under pressure. I’m a district manager for T-Mobile and I can assure you that this type of employees make Dunkin looks very very bad Please remove this girls from there I’ll be calling corporate for this and escalate this other way to the top. Last time I come here

Not terrible. I went because they had a plant based option which was okay. They only have one plant based cone option and it was meh. The lady working was really nice. The place was empty though which was kinda weird.

By far the worst I have ever had, they didn’t have most toppings no hot fudge, no waffle cones ect and the toppings that I did get were stale the strawberry short was awful the cheesecake pieces tasted old as well as the sugar cone was also very stale I’m so surprised this place is still open with so many other quality ice cream places in town maybe this one should shut down.

Horrible. Millenilals and GenZ have run this olace into the ground. We ordered two milkshakes, one cappuccino blast and one flavor of the month and got two plain chocolate shakes, stale dinut holes and bagels with a pound of cream cheese when it was supposed to be on the side. With all the bad reviews it must be a foreign owner who doesn't care and is hiring the most incompetent people. Close this location. Im calling corporate and reporting this franchisee. I suggest you all do the same. Of course! Please contact our Consumer Support Team, Monday-Friday, 7am to 7pm ET, at 800-859-5339

I waited in line tonight for 25 minutes. There was only one other car and mine. TWO cars and it took 25 minutes to get to the order box!! I ordered a milkshake and pulled up to the window. After waiting even longer at the window, the employee told me they did not have the ice cream I needed. No explanation. No apology for the delay. Nothing. Absolutely ridiculous! Avoid this store!!!

Hands down, this visit to Baskin Robbins was a disaster, from the moment we walked into the store, until we left 25 minutes later, empty handed. In search of an ice cream hot fudge sundae "fix", we entered the store, which is a combination Dunkin and Baskin Robbins, with two employees working, and no other customers during our entire visit. We were greeted by the female employee, but as we made our selections, served by a male employee who appearred to be fairly inexperienced or uniformed, as he regularly needed feedback or assistance from the female employee that was working on the Dunkin side of the business. The first problem was that there was only one freezer of ice cream flavors (approximately 10 flavors), because the 2nd ice cream freezer was inoperable and empty (it didn't seem like a recent/new problem). There wasn't even vanilla ice cream available (isn't that among the best selling flavors?). I requested hot fudge, wet nuts, marshmallow cream, whiped cream and cherries on top. The chocolate that the employee ladled on top of the ice cream didn't look right and my husband questioned him immediately. We were assured that it was indeed, hot fudge. The marshmallow cream was in a squeeze bottle and BARELY would come out of the bottle. The employee seemed to have little knowledge of how much of each topping should even be on a sundae, asking us for input for each topping as he added it. For wet nuts, he tried to use dry nuts, because he seemed to not know what wet nuts even were. We again questioned him, and when he asked his co-worker about where wet nuts might be, she indicated that there were none. By the time the whipped cream went on top, he actually seemed startled as it was squirted onto the dessert. My husband suggested that I immediately verify that the sundae, specifically, the hot fudge, was correct. Upon doing so, it was clear that the employee had poured hardening chocolate sauce on top, instead of hot fudge, because the chocolate was now a hard shell on top of the ice cream. We pointed out the problem and the employee again asked his co-worker for guidance, not even fullly understanding our issue. She went over to the correct hot fudge dispenser and ladled out a hardened glob of fudge into a container, and intended to place the fudge into the microwave to attempt to make it the correct consistency. It was clear that either the fudge warmer was not at the correct temperature, or that the fudge had been left in the container so long that it had hardened into an unsavory hardened glob. By this time, we had enough, and after 25 minutes of frustration, had no sundaes in our hands and no ability to get a sundae with the (basic) ingredients we wanted. We walked across the parking lot to the Publix grocery store, bought all the fixins for a delicious hot fudge sundae and vowed to not return to that Baskin Robbins location in the future.
