My family and I were big fans of Black Bear in the first location. Great food with a typical menu for southern BBQ, good service, access to different sauces. My family ate there on the regular. My kids and I were at the May First Friday and decided to eat at the new location for the first time. First thing was the menu had shrunk, no collard greens, no green beans. Tried Black Bear today for the first time. Simply amazing food. But the staff, seriously the best, most pleasant service we have had in a very long time. Highly recommend!
Amazing BBQ for lake county . I was just reunited with them . They used to be in mt Dora . I never knew fhey moved . Upon finding out tho I was in there within a week . And beyond my expectations !! It was already my favorite spot . Somehow its a little better !!! If you want the best BBQ in lake county this is it folks . Either way I got my go to spot back !! Thanks Black bear !!!
