I had the egg cheese on a biscuit with hashbrowns and a sweet tea, the sandwich was delicious but I wished the hashbrowns were a bit crispier. They still had good flavor and the sweet tea was a good compliment

Finally got to try a Bo’s on my own, outside of the one time I sharked some chicken from a friend at charlotte airport.First off, not sure what fraud people are posting, but my coleslaw was FULL (pic attached for proof)…maybe they work for a competing chain, I dunno, but options were big. In fact my 12 piece chicken tenders had 16 in it, so yeah, thanks for hooking me up! Even had extra sauces outside of what I asked for, which was cool, it let me try new flavors I hadn’t tried before.Food and service were great. What’s also cool is I got a bag with utensils, napkins and plates included, which I’ve never seen before…great idea!

I was very excited to try this breakfast sandwich as a vegetarian. I figured the biscuit would be amazing.It tasted like they sprayed a synthetic canola oil, you know one of those Sysco off brand ones, before they baked it.The biscuit was very soft but all I could taste was that weird "oil"Oh well . Staff friendly, service quick.Didn't try their jelly, had extra chickfila jelly.

Could not tell you how the food taste because no one ever even spoke to me stood there for approximately 3 minutes and witnessed an angry Hispanic woman mgr berating an employee about not having any chicken ready does it really matter if you don’t ask customers for their order anyway?
We were surprised no chicken with bones. No breast, no legs, no wings, etc

I don’t mind the newly built Bojangles only serving non bone-in chicken,however,they’ve shrunk the chicken for the chicken biscuits and have raised the prices by $3…There is no reason 2 meals should cost $30 at a fast food place.The wait time was ridiculous too.Plus it tasted different from the chicken at the original Bojangles locations.I’m not sure if I’ll come back since it’s so far from where I live (Kissimmee)and I’m only in the Clermont area when I have an appointment to see my cardiologist.I was expecting more and got a very mediocre experience.The fries were good as usual.

Waited years for Bo's to return to my area only to be disappointed by new stores only having chicken tenders. I can get chicken tenders ANYWHERE!

Just a Doordasher but I had to come and write a review because the employee I interacted (V) with went above and beyond and paid for a biscuit for me when I told her I needed something for my girlfriend to eat asap before she passed out from low blood sugar but I didn't have the money at the time . Great customer service will definitely be visiting again.
