I refuse to believe people actually like the service here. I have been hundreds of times to this location and every single time our party has to wait 10 minutes for a greet, 10 more for drinks, and 40 for the food. I wish there was actual manager presence in the dining room because I can't believe we have to wait 15 minutes every time to get one water refill.

Incredibly slow service. Staff is inattentive to basic needs like greeting the customer, taking orders, delivering orders, checking for requests...the stuff a restaurant offers aside from the food.
The staff is nice but nearing inconceivable time frames. Three people order wings at a wing place, one hour and eleven minutes until food was served to the table.
The reviews make sense now.

Everything was great except the cold food that took over an hour to get to us. The servers and the manager are very professional and happy to help. The only issue we had is the food took over an hour and it was cold (room temperature)

I ordered at 6:51 pm and arrived 5 minutes after the 7:20 estimated time. I waited an additional 20 minutes before my order was ready. I drive all the way back to Groveland to find out I'm missing a whole meal I call and they want me to bring my whole order back. I get their and they didn't remake the order like they said instead they get my cold missing meal and threw a few extra tenders in and sent me on my way. It's now 8:48 pm two hours since I ordered take out food cold and manager wouldn't comp my food. Just totally unacceptable.
Had a fantastic time tonight! Erika was our server- she was attentive, knowledgeable and FAST! She made sure we were able to see the game we came in to watch and gave us some great information about some of the menu changes!!! We will be back!

Cheryl.... Just WOW! What a Service she gives! This lady is amazing, fast, efficient, patient, sweet, and was great with my 3 yr old grandson.Ask for Cheryl when eating here and Tip her good she really deserves it. You will rarely hear me say that! I was a server for years. We sat outside on the bar/patio to celebrate my 48th birthday! They didn't have a table big enough for our group but Cheryl made it happen. I misjudged the hot wings and made a huge mistake with hottness and Cheryl made it right. My birthday dinner with 8 guests was incredible. It was pouring rain and still out on the patio we were dry. The atmosphere was perfect. Be careful ordering wings that you understand their spice list. Hottest Hot Wings you're gonna find in the wild of Clermont, FL. I had the very best time ever. It was also my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings and I was very impressed. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings for making my birthday amazing! 🙌🫶Boots

I drove approximately 40 minutes to enjoy some food and pre season football. Hostess informed me it was a 35 minute wait FOR ANY TABLE OR BAR SEAT at least a third of the tables were empty and same at the bar area. Her explanation was how busy they were and the bartender was overwhelmed. Plus the kitchen was having a difficult time keeping up. She did apologize. I told her it was not her fault but it was poor staffing on the management side. Sports themed restaurant and preseason football. STAFF YOUR RESTAURANT APPROXIMATELY FOR DAY TO DAY EVENTS.
