Drive thru workers was having a mental breakdown, and it happens, been there. Of course, like any good BK, my food was wrong. I should've tried crossing the highway for McDonald's.

They don't listen. Sat at the drive thru order for 10 minutes. Food was incorrect. Worst fast food joint in town. Rude employees.

I usually will stop here on my way home from work about once or twice a week as I drive home from the hospital. Sometimes I will go inside and order but usually I will just do drive-thru. Whenever I do drive-thru, I have noticed that they tamper with drive-thru times at this location. They will have you pay at the first window, but then tell you to stay at the first window after you pay and wait until they wave you to come up to the second to get your order. The last time I went to this location I paid and then waited at the first window for 3:57 (I have the time on my dashcam) and then went up and got my food at the second window and was gone in about 10 seconds. I am not complaining about the time I waited (Usually when I go to this location it is later at night or even early morning so I know they don't have the food sitting waiting at these times), but rather I am bringing up the fact that they do some dishonest things at this location compared to other Burger Kings.

I used to work at Burger King and I know that they do this to make their drive-thru scores green, but it isn't an ethical business practice and I will be bypassing this burger king from now on and going to the one in Groveland (which is past my house).

I placed a mobile order that went through and I got to the store for them to tell me bar the mobile orders aren’t going through on their end. I Had a receipt that they refused to fill my order or refund me telling me I had to go request a receipt through the app some how because it’s a third party company. Maybe they should turn off their mobile ordering if the internet isn’t working for them to receive them instead of basically stealing my money and having me figure out how or if I can get a refund.

was there last week in the very early part of lunch rush. There were three other people in the restaurant. Drive-through was very light. Stood there for 10 minutes for somebody to come upfront and take the order. Another 10 minutes to get the food.

was there today, January 17, 2025 at 7 AM. No one in the restaurant one car at the drive-through window. Stood in the lobby for eight minutes and nobody would come up front. Got in the car and pulled into the drive-through. Sat there for another five minutes. Beeped the horn. No response. There were four people in the kitchen. Had to back out of the driveway and went to McDonald’s and was served immediately. Very sad for a brand new restaurant to have such poor staffing.

First time I go to this place after the remodeling, it was very nice but I had to leave without eating because there were two people waiting for more than half an hour for their food and the person serving told those of us who were arriving that they served us as in half an hour more than bad service for a newly remodeled place

Going to the drive thru here for lunch during the week is like going to the Hood. Guy taking my order sounds like he has marbles in his mouth and clearly doesn't care at all. Lady at the window had attitude as well.

Had great want of a BK Whopper Jr and was sadly disappointed in the size. Thanks to Bidenomics and the inflation of prices with downsizing the product I got what appeared to be a kids hamburger or a slider named whopper jr, yet the onion over powered the size of the burger and bun cuz it was huge.. nothing against the service or employees cuz they were great and appreciated the wait they fixed a mix up on my Wjr..

I ordered On Ubereats 2 times and the first time the guy waited 2 hours on my order then he just cancelled. Did it again the driver waited again and eventually cancelled. It’s a shame that a 24 hour establishment does not produce food for 24 hours. You guys need to just close at 10 pm like everyone else. I will not be wasting mine or any Ubereats drivers time ever again on this location especially after hours.

Stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order for 10 minutes. I waived down 2 different employees, they just stared at me and went back to talking to each other and working in the back. I saw that an employee was manning the drive through so I went to the drive-through, and no one picked up at the speaker and went to the window where the person saw me and just walked away. So I went to Mcdonald's where I was taken care of in 2 minutes and had 0 problems.
