Everytime I come here its never a good experience. Today was especially the worst! I placed an online order & the pick up time was at 3:18p my husband got there by that time & didnt end up leaving the burger king until after 4p. Ridiculous & they didnt know which order was ours even though we gave them a name so they could look it up. Also food was missing & cold. I think I rather just give up on this place all together. Its always the same excuse when we go. Theyre short staffed. But the last time I was here it was months ago & you guys are still short staffed. Not good! This location wont last long if they dont get their shxt together.

Waited 15 minutes inside the store and nobody. Even though there were about seven employees, nobody took care of me and I was the only person in line. I've been to this Burger King very few times because their service is the worst

This location is so slow and I think the older lady that works here causes problems for the rest of the staff. She was gossiping about another employee in the middle of taking my order and had sooo many people waiting on line because he called her out for being slow. I think they should fire her.

I have been there multiple times over the last few weeks and it’s always the same. You wait 30 minutes before someone even acknowledges you then you wait another 10 for somebody to take your order then you wait another 15 at the first window for someone to recognize you even though you put in a mobile order. and then it takes another 10 minutes for someone to give you your food. The people working there are always frustrated and act like you’re bothering them. They always act irritated and angry. This could be good location for a Burger King. Please get somebody higher up in there to get this place fixed. It could be amazing if it was run correctly.

This was the best Burger King I've had in years! The restaurant was clean and the food was fresh cooked, hot and delicious. The staff was quick, courteous, and kept up extremely well during a very busy dinner rush.

This place is absolutely horrendous. This is the second time that I have been there on my way home so anywhere between 7 and 9 PM and I did not even leave with food tonight because after sitting for almost 20 minutes between the order window and the pay window I still had not paid for my food I left. I drove to Chick-fil-A got my food drove back just to see if the poor lady behind me was still there at the window and she was. I chopped up the first time that this happened for it taking more than 20 minutes to go to the drive-through that maybe they were shortstaffed or maybe something was going on outside their control no problem, but for this to happen again and read the other reviews that it’s happening consistentlyis ridiculous. It’s called fast food for a reason. I will never be going back to this location again.

I cannot stand going to this Burger King. They are extremely slow. The workers act like you’re bothering them. The food is made horribly. It’s always dry when you get it not nothing fresh. The coffee sucks and then they have the nerve to give you Splenda. I had to wait in a line with no one being there. They are always understaffed and I wonder why all that renovation for nothing. The food is not even worth money. I’m promising to myself to stop going to all of these fast food chains. This is disgusting.

Terrible location, you just stand at the counter for several minutes without being acknowledged. When you customize sandwiches on the app like add on bacon or extra onion, mayo they don’t add any of it! I don’t think the employees can read English. So embarrassing! AVOID THIS LOCATION…. You don’t rule. YOU SUCK!

The guy that works the drive thru on weekends is HORRIBLE. I know staff is hard to find but I'd never keep an employee like him. Rude and disrespectful.

Sat in line for roughly 10 min after someone said I’ll be with you in a moment. Then to see a few cars on the other lane go up to the window and got there orders. I know this because my screen was being updated with someone’s order but not mine. After all that no response until I said something. To only be told I needed to still wait. Communication is important people. LEARN TO COMMUNICATE and you won’t get a bad review!
