Worst place to get food in a 20 mile radius. Consistently unacceptably slow (30 minute wait minimum, even when empty), food always somehow cold, poorly put together; just absolutely lazy. It's honestly embarrassing to be hands-down the lowest quality fast food place in the area. Something needs to be done.
They also make you wait before moving forward in line if your order isn't immediately ready, holding up an already unmoving line.

For a Burger King which of course is a national chain this is one of the better ones in the Central Florida area. Very clean, very nice staff, the food was hot and fresh and the order was actually accurate!

Attention Burger King…..
Please get this location some additional staff. I tried to purchse breakfast from the drive thru this morning but was unable to wait (indefinitely) Finally after waiting and waiting I drove up to the window and asked if “she was the only one working?” She snapped back at me saying… “there are only TWO people working and she had 6 people waiting up front, first.
I told her goodbye and left. Honestly, I’m not surprised there are obviously staffing issues.

I literally never write reviews. This is also coming from someone who has worked in the service industry for 15 years. I understand understaffing is an issue but man, this is the WORST Burger King or even any fast food restaurant I have ever been to. The order is always wrong, always missing items, the wait is 25-30 minutes if you’re lucky, WITH NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN LINE MIND YOU. Not to mention the staff is less than pleasant if you complain about something. I wish I could give this place a 0 or negative star. Honestly just throw the whole restaurant out!!!!!

The order was wrong with pickles, which ok everyone make mistakes so we took them out. Why have the cut in half option on kiosk if not going to acknowledge it.

Went into try the new SpongeBob meal and was really dissatisfied with the way this Burger King was. Ordered from the stupid self kiosk and waited for 15 minutes for food, trash cans were over flowing with garbage, the freestyle was out of ice and flavors, customer service at this place is non existent, A couple of people left because they didn’t want to wait to order. The tables were filthy floor had food on it. Place was horrible

This by far is the absolute WORST Burger King I have patronized. I am I Burger King lover but the customer service and food here is beyond horrible!!! Every time you go to this location you have to wait in line to place an order. There is hardly ever any staff 2/3 to the most. And usually the order is incorrect and you have to go on the inside to have it made correctly. And when did it become 1.69 cents just to add cheese to a sandwich. Like literally overnight. Management if you are out there somewhere please see these reviews from concerned customers.

If I could put a zero star, I would’ve it’s a shame I live so close by and my kids always want Burger King but I have to take the drive out to go to different places cause every time I come to this one they always mess up my order! They always tell me to pull up and wait cause the food is not ready. I’m always waiting over 20 30 minutes when the food arrives. It’s all messed up. And the place is always empty and somehow they seem very distracted, and they come off with attitudes like if it’s normal to wait that long for fast food someone needs to address this
