Best eggplant parm I've ever had. Castello's is my new favorite restaurant. The young man who waited on us and the female chef were very polite and thanked us for coming in.
We have several options for Italian food in clermont. Castello's is by far the best. I ordered egg plant parm. It was cut thin and crispy. It was so good, I kept rolling my eyes back because it was so good. My wife couldn't finish her stuffed Manicotte. We brought it home and I finished it for lunch today. It was great.
