Visited Cheeser’s Palace cafe in Clermont which is a beautiful (movie-like) American Town. The cafe was busy but we waited no more than a couple of minutes for a table. Kaylin was our waitress who we found to be gracious, attentive and very amusing. Nothing was too much trouble and she provided details on the gluten free options available. The food arrived promptly and was delicious. Being coeliac, eating out can sometimes feel like Russian Roulette but I would not hesitate...
