Everytime I go here the service is amazing. I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Joshua a few times, he always greets me with a smile. I know that I will have a good experience when he’s working. I can’t rave enough about him. This is a wonderful establishment with positive, upbeat employees who definitely care about you and take pride in their work. That is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend this establishment. Give Joshua a pat on the back, absolutely amazing customer service.

A kind representative named, Nicole provided a complimentary sandwich at this location. The staff here is always kind and professional, and frequenting this location has become quite the daily joy. Went to get lunch on my break, circled the building and pulled up in line, as soon as I did an employee wearing blue comes up to me to tell me I’ve skipped the line pointing to the cars behind me. The cars were behind me when I circled the building so of course they are behind me. I told him that I didn’t skip the line but he wanted me pull off anyway. I’m sure there are cameras in the parking lot that that can show the whole thing. Just a little upset/inconvenienced because if I want to eat Chicfila now I would have to circle back around and get behind all of the cars that were behind me. Just didn’t make sense to me when I clearly didn’t skip the line, just canceled my online order and went somewhere else. Tragic.

The drive thru situation needs to be fixed. The getting to the drive thru line is very confusing and can cause accidents.

It's definitely a busy location, but Madison was a great team member!
She had a great attitude and was alert and attentive to every customer I saw her interact with, including myself :)
I formely worked in management with quality dining, and she displays everything I would love to see in an employee.
Hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

every time i place a mobile order im waiting while everybody else gets their food behind me. my orders never are big. i thought placing a mobile order would make it easy for the employees annnnnd make it faster like NORMAL mobile ordering does.

Amazing experience! I accidentally placed an order for the wrong location and called to make sure my order would be there as it was a 15 min drive and I had already selected “here.” They not only made sure to hold my order - they must have made it fresh because it was nice and hot when I picked it up!
