I lived in Clermont 20 years, We used to go to this chick filet on lunch break. Went tonight and well, looks really different they have fast tracked this drive thru for serious numbers. wow, I almost got scared off by all the ipads waiting to take my order, but it was easy, even for this old guy. Same reliable chick fil-a. memories. was great

Worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve had in a long time. Half the parking lot was blocked off with caution cones, forcing customers to park all the way in the back for no clear reason. Inside, multiple people with mobile orders were just standing around waiting while walk-in customers were getting their food faster. When I asked for my drink while waiting on the rest of my order, I was met with attitude and disrespect.
This location needs serious attention to organization, customer service, and overall management.

Whoever the dude bringing out food in the drive thru on December 2nd is amazing! I stopped by on my motorcycle and didn’t realize I couldn’t take the drink until I got to the window. (Duh, but I didn’t think about it). And I was like I’m sorry man you can keep the drink. And he went above and beyond and offered me a refund for the drink. Exceptional service and the workers genuinely seem like they love their job and their customers.

Attempting to access this restaurant is ridiculously inconceivable! The parking lot was extremely poorly planned. There are minimal parking spaces available and even after parking, the danger of walking across the parking lot increases astronomically! Though this is the closest CFA to where I reside, I will not be returning to this location.

We frequently drive thru this location and always have had great service but today we did dine in. While my family was in the restroom I noticed an interaction between who I assume was the manager and a young man. The young man appeared to be getting condiments. As I watched it unfold it became clearer that the young man might not have a place to live and certainly didn’t have means for food. I watched this manager or employee treat this young man with such decency and respect! Honestly he looked a lot like Jesus in this moment. It inspired me to do something but out of fear of insulting the young man I went to the employee and asked him to give a $20 to the young man. We need more people to act like this manager/employee! Loving, compassion and nonjudgmental. I already loved this chick fil a but my loyalty just grew 10 fold because if they hire people like this gentleman, I want to support their business. Whoever you are, man God bless you for being the hands and feet of Jesus!!

The manager is so attentive! My milkshakes were taking a bit longer than usual, and he came up to me on his own to apologize, I didn’t even say anything. He told me I had been waiting longer than I should have and gave me a coupon. Really great customer service! 🫶🏻🫶🏻✨

Really enjoyed our meals. Great job on the food, and such nice staff. This restaurant is very clean, the person cleaning did the tables, seats, and floors. And the staff was very attentive and kind to each other. It seemed like the staff works together well. We’ll be back! Well done owner, management, and staff!
If you're not expecting to have sugar with your chicken this is not the place you want to eat, there are approximately 6 to 7 grams of sugar in a Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich? That's right sugar in your sandwich! Why do you think they do that, well I'm going to tell you why. By putting sugar in there they create a hook. When you eat sugar, your body releases dopamine in the brain's reward system, similar to how addictive drugs like cocaine do, but through different mechanisms. Insulin is a separate hormone released by the pancreas to manage blood sugar, not the brain, but it can interact with the brain's reward pathways. I would love to eat there if they considered and valued their customer's lives by serving pasture raised organic chicken so that we can all thrive and stay alive just a little longer💯💪🤿

Came here through drive thru With My Baby Because I Didnt have time to make dinner, and in the picture is what i got. No bun! just piece of chicken and lettuce and tomato. I usually order my food on the app but it wasn't working. I think the person taking my order put it in wrong because on my receipt it says no bun and then plus pretzel bun no butter, so they must've got confused. Well either way I'm here absolutely starving after breast-feeding my baby and I can't just go back to Chick-fil-A and get another one. so Chick-fil-A please check the accuracy of your order for some people it may not be a big deal but for a starving mama like me it's a huge deal.
