Thank you so much for being speedy with my lunch order today to the Chick-fil-A team (order AnaV ) especially to the girl in the front during hours of 2pm-2:15pm that was walking out carry out orders ,she was very kind and sweet made sure to help me with my lunch dilemma, I had submitted my order as drive thur and line was too backed up so didn’t know how to change it for carry out but thankfully the girl that was handing out curbside was able to quickly assist me when I stopped her to ask for help ? she definitely went out of her way to help me and I’m very thankful? because I was able to return to work on time because of her .. Thank you girlie and thank you Chick-fil-A team.

Gloomy and tired employees who did not care at all about presentation and customer service. I did not receive any of the sauces or dressings that I asked for. I was also not given napkins or eating utensils. When I told an employee that I was missing these items, she questioned me and searched my bag, like why would I lie about a few sauces and stuff.

Lately been very disappointed in the customer service at the drive thru window. Getting drink orders wrong and the kid who tried handing me my drinks in the carrier didn't even turn around to face me, just turned his arm around for me to reach and grab the drinks.

I was surprised ? that I went into a CFA and the store wasn't clean. But... the service was on point as usual. So for the sake of being fair to the Chick. I'm going to say that it was due to some kind of out of this world event, that required the staff to set aside the store, so that they can transform into a super hero, so that they can save the world.
In addition to all their qualities as a business, they are Christians ✝️ which makes them, in my opinion, even better. Clermont is privileged to have them as neighbors...
