I love Chic-fil-a, but almost every time we order for pickup, something is wrong or missing from the order. They are always super accommodating and happy to correct it, but this requires returning to the store, which costs time and convenience. I get that it will happen sometimes, but for us it’s often. A little QC’ing of the orders will go along way.
The most recent experience we had two of the four sandwiches missing. I went back and they remade the whole order (which was a great gesture). But, when we got back home (the second time) to eat, I took a bite of my sandwich and some sort of plastic or foil product wrapper mixed in the sandwich. At that point, I felt like I couldn’t go back and say anything, even I found it hard to believe.
