No parking spots available during lunch hour for dine in but several empty mobile app spots. The automatic sink in the restroom was producing water too warm/hot to wash my toddlers hands.My children were using the playground and person working there felt the need to show me how dirty her wash cloth was after she cleaned the playground door handle.Honestly, this location does not seem child friendly to me which is ironic because it's the location with the playground.

We had the worst experience yesterday at the Chick-fil-a at 16110 Hammock Ridge Road in Clermont FL, 34711. We ordered and went through the drive through at about 6pm. The fries we got were not crispy and a couple of the large ones had cold spots in the middle from not being cooked long enough. We did not receive the sauce we ordered. We were not given a straw for the drink ordered and we were also not given utensils to eat grilled nuggets with. It was absolutely ridiculous that every aspect of the meal was messed up. We will be avoiding this location until they can fix their issues. To top it off the web portal that chick-fil-a uses for customers to report poor service is absolute trash and just keeps loading but never lets you get to the end to submit the complaint, go figure.

Food and quality are always top notch at Rocky's CFA locations but unfortunately until this location addresses their traffic pattern trying to leave the parking lot, I cant give a 5 star review.The bollards they continuously put up attempting to divert traffic to 27 is causing individuals to commit unsafe maneuvers endangering other drivers. I get why they put these up during their remodel in the past but since that's over and the parking lot isnt as backed up, its time to allow people to make the legal left hand turn.
