The unit in Clermont, FL is the WORST Chillis in the United States. I've placed an order for some wings through their app... drove to pick up. I wanted the sauce on the side but their app has no such option. So I thought: I'll order and just call the store quickly and ask for sauce on the side. That's when it all went wrong. Phone doesn't work or they don't answer on purpose. I've arrive at 9:05pm... and asked them right away. My order was already ready with sauce on the wings. I politely asked them and also explained that I've tried calling to customize my order. They were ok... said they would "quickly" redo the wings with no sauce. 47 minutes later, some guy came and said they were out of wings. Manager is coward that didn't want to come and talk to me himself. Store was empty on a busy Sunday night in Orlando area. That tells you everything you need to know. This store is a mess. Stay away. Got my refund in cash, and not even for the correct amount, missing like 15 bucks. The attendant went back to check the correct amount and never came back, so I left as it was late and I had to go find wings to order as I had people waiting at home. F** you Chillis. Today is Sunday, June 8, 2025 - Store at 708 Cagan View Rd, Clermont - Whoever the manager is at this location, should be FIRED.

Food was great except the rice could have been better and the broccoli could have been cooked just one minute longer. Crispers were cooked perfectly and sauced just right. The Ranch dipping sauce was delicious. The other order of crispers with honey mustard and sweet spicy dipping sauce was also great. The fries nicely done.

Had a mushroom Swiss burger. It was cooked to my liking a little greasy but taste amazing. French fries were seasoned well in the atmosphere was calm and friendly. One thing I didn't realize is that you can pay directly at the table, you don't need to wait for a server. I wish I knew that the moment we sat down the server forgot to mention that. So we were waiting for the server to accept our payment. Other than that everything was well.

This is one of my favorite franchises. This location is quite busy. We went on a Sunday, and the wait time was over 30 minutes. The service was fast and good considering how busy the place was. The overall atmosphere was quite noisy, but they allow pets. We couldn't find the TVs to watch sports, which is what we usually enjoyed at this franchise in Latin America.

Gotta love Chili’s. It’s the best, especially if you’re light eaters. You can split one 3-for-Me and enjoy.

Kid-friendliness: Absolutely, bring the kids!

The prices are reasonable. The loaded potato soup was good. The hamburgers were only okay. I had a smashburger, but it was as thick as my husband's regular burger. It was greasy and pink, not done as a smashburger should be done. The quality of the hamburgers wasn't the best.

Bartender joked and said that she “forgot to check in on us” until we were about done with our meal to refill drinks or even ask how the meal was. It was rude and unprofessional. Also, the mini computer screen to pay WILL claim extra for (18%, 20%, etc) tips than what it is supposed to be so check the math first and customize your own tip before you proceed. Chili’s food is so good but be cautious with who serves you and try not to be at the bar if you can avoid her.

We were here twice while in state once for lunch and we had burgers they were tasty but they don't have onion rings.
Came back for dinner days later and it was more crowded so it took a while to get out meals

It's better to grab fast food elsewhere than to stop here. The burgers are overly greasy, and the crispers are extremely salty. Almost any other place would be a better choice—Portillo’s, Culver’s, or just about anywhere else.
