2nd time we have attempted this place and it will be the last. Food has tasted old and re-heated both times and we both have been to the bathroom several times since. Lo Mein noodles are soggy, Fried Rice seems uncooked and old at the same time. my biggest issue is the chicken, Chewy and stringy. I am wondering if it is even real chicken because it was horrible. Crab Rangoon was tasty but no sauce. I was told that It was mine and no refunds when i called back to ask for replacement. I am beginning to think the good comments are paid because i have yet to taste anything that was worth the money.

I'm really not sure how this restaurant has so many good reviews. We must have just had it on an off day perhaps? The beef and the beef and broccoli was some of the worst beef I've ever seen come from a Chinese restaurant, and that saying something because the ones we have at home are God awful. The honey chicken was abnormally sweet although the chicken itself was decent. And this Chinese restaurant does not Make their own fried rice, they use the pre-colored yellow rice and call it fried rice. Avoid. Everything was soggy and tasted old.

Not impressed the food was kind of ok I asked for no onions I got extra onions. The chicken was cold and the sauce was hard in like a paste form a bit gross!
The service was awful. The menu that was provided was incorrect in their pricing when I noticed I called back immediately to cancel one of the items. First they said well They already started to cook it so is that OK. I said no it is the wrong price had I known that I wouldn't have ordered it, please take it off. They put me on hold then came back and said they were having technical difficulty could they call me back. I said sure. Then when they called back they asked how they could help me so I explained the situation again to which they put me on hold for over 20 minutes. I hung up and called back again to which I had to explain the situation again. They put me back on hold again. When they came back on they said there wasn't anything they could do because the order was on its way. By this time I was livid. I said that this was unacceptable and wanted to talk to their manager. The manager came on the phone just as the food arrived and once again explained why was upset. They ended up giving me more food and 15.00 cash refund. Then we went to eat the food .....IT WAS AWEFUL. so bad we ended up throwing it away. SO MY ADVICE IS BUYER BEWARE. This is the first time I have ever left a bad review of any business. I hate doing it but this was for sure a much needed post in hopes that they read it and make necessary change for theirs and the customers sake.

We were visiting from Massachusetts & Atlanta and we loved the food here. A lot like northern American Chinese food, so it was perfect for us. The boneless pork spare ribs were amazing! All the food was delicious! Very impressed and fast delivery with a smile. Will definitely order food from them again next time we come down to Orlando/Disney area.
