Came in today to place an order to go, host was on the phone all the time texting with someone minding her own business, I've tried to talk to her she didn't pay attention to me at all and continue to text (so disrespectful to customer) on her phone, so I just left without saying anything,will never go to that place again.

Was either overcharged for my food or the prices are not correct was missing my crab ragoon With all the food that it came out to $36 I do not understand and of course I did not get reciept. General chicken is very dry, please recheck your order before you leave and ask for reciept

if i could put 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service, and even more terrible food. My second time ordering food from this place and I continue to have missing items in my order. In uber eats it gives you a selection to choose what kind of rice you would want. I chose plain rice as you can see from the photos. They continue to leave out items that i paid for. If you are going to order from this place, use caution or call them before you order or else you’re going to end up wasting money. There are multiple chinese joints in the area but this one can’t do anything right. Just horrible.

Tried my first order from china star tonight on SR 50 in Clermont, and I have to tell you it was not good. I ordered chicken lo mein, it was mushy and waterlogged like it had been sitting in water all day. It was terrible, and I threw it out. Also their bourbon chicken was over cooked and hard. The fried rice and sweet and sour chicken I also ordered were at best so so. I was very disappointed and felt like it was a total waste of money.
