Only one person handling delivery orders is crazy. Turn the option off if you can’t handle it. Took 1 hour from the time we ordered for it to be ready for the door dasher. Bowls weren’t filled and order not right. And you can’t reach anyone on the phone it’s automated only. Terrible.

Visited on 8/13/25 around 1:30 PM at what I thought would be the end of the lunch rush—but the place was still in full swing! This newly opened location has very limited parking, and inside, the team of six was working hard to manage both a steady restaurant line and a drive-through of electronic orders.
Several customers ahead of me had complicated, highly specific requests, adding to the challenge. Despite the busy chaos and visible stress, every single team member remained calm, pleasant, and professional. They worked together seamlessly to keep things moving while maintaining excellent service and friendly attitudes.
I’m not sure what type of recognition program Chipotle offers its employees, but this crew deserves it. Thank you all for your outstanding service!

This is the worst chipotle. Rice is undercooked, they give you the smallest portions and when you ask for it to be corrected, you’re immediately met with an attitude. Their pipe has been leaking water for months. Shut this one down

Extremely poor customer service and the portions are even worse. Half the meat and rice falls off the spoon cause the employees are moving 200mph and when you ask them to correct it they say it will cost double. Save your money and find a better place to spend your money. Bonus comment - the work station is FILTY

Gentleman with the dreads today, Monday, August 4 gave me a very, very small burrito. I have the receipt. $10.49 for a tiny burrito is pitiful. Order #317. Look it up, then look at your security camera footage to see him making the burrito. Should have been more rice and beans and maybe a little bit more chicken. Could have added more lettuce since I got the bottom, old lettuce right before they switched out to a new container of lettuce. Sheesh.

DON’T ASK FOR EXTRA LETTUCE!
Never have I experienced something like this before but, to them, losing one customer isn’t a big deal.
I asked for xtra lettuce, for my vegetarian wife, and was informed they have a new “portion control” policy and it would be $1.30 for extra. It’s not extra protein! It’s lettuce!
100’s of Chipotle meals and never a complaint from them about extra lettuce.

This is now my 3rd time trying this new location. The ppl need to be trained.i ordered a chicken bowl on uber eats .it took 5min for the driver to deliver my food for it to be cold and barely a full scoop of chicken. It never fails chipotle bowls are not cheap and to receive less than a full scoop is insane. I will NEVER go back to this location.3strikes you are out.

The employees looked very stressed out, im assuming they were short staffed so I hope they get the proper staffing they need so they can have time to breathe and not panic or feel miserable during rushes. The store was very dirty, once again, probably due to staffing issues. Found this guy crawling all over the store and it made a path right towards me causing me to lose my appetite. I do hope that the staff gets some much needed support and the roach problem gets solved.

Poor training skills. Waited 25 mins in line only to find out of most items were out. At most chipotles I constantly hear the employees call out for items when they get halfway empty so other employees can prep for fill. I rarely write reviews but today got me. Pressed for time and this was a time killer that could have been avoided.
