30 minutes in line and they don't have carnitas or chicken? Only one employee at the grill? And then they serve you a pittance of protein? This place is disgraceful. The owner of this store should take better care of his business and his customers. Disgraceful.

Not because the food but the poor customer service they have I dont understand why some servers count the amount of protein served in the bowl, and then if you request them to put a lit more by the way they charge the half price of the bowl ..$4 for the extra small spoon they add, it is crazy but i need to say not all server just a few ones that think they are paying for the protein intead of the customer. Definitely i prefer to go to the Buffet..Not good service at Chipotle
UPDATE REVIEW Lower8ng my review to just one star today i came at 4 to order a menu with they have a left over of carnitas and they said not we wont have any ready soon and a large line waiting not acceptable. Terrible experience all rhe time at this location.

Wow. What a terrible experience on multiple visits! I do to go orders which is probably a mistake here. One order I got rice that wasn’t cooked or could break your teeth. I submitted feedback on this order and got no response. Decided to try again and ordered a quesadilla. Literally received two tortillas - NO CHEESE AT ALL. Do better.

Chipotle is a place where we enjoy the food and appreciate that they try to keep things healthy. That being said it is also the most frustrating place we frequent. We are continually charged different prices for the exact same order?!? I spoke to customer service and they said the reasoning is because different locations vary in prices. That is not a justifiable answer as we always go to the same location. I have heard this from other customers as well, do not understand!!! Trying to decide if it is worth the frustration and 🤔🫤

How does a Mexican restaurant not have hard taco shells?!! I placed online order for taco w hard shells , but they gave me soft and when questioned, they said they don’t have hard shells. When I asked if I could have some chips then, they said they would be an upcharge. Ridiculous .

Food is always raw or not fully cooked the store phone you can’t even connect to it’s an auto system. Terrible I tried to call to fix an order that was placed online and couldn’t connect to a person. Only someone in some random place that can’t help because they are not at the location. Last time I get from here. I keep thinking maybe it was a bad day and that’s why rice is hard and food is cold etc but this has happened like 3 times already so I think it’s just a bad location.

I keep coming here hoping for a good experience because I love Chipotle but they keep letting me down. This last time I got a steak burrito and the majority of the pieces were gristle or hard. They over cilantro’d the rice - I mean a lot, and I like cilantro. I tried to eat my burrito but I ended up throwing it away. The time before I went was the same thing with the steak. Maybe I need to switch proteins, but I really like steak burritos! The staff was nice. Little messy dining room but it was lunch time and they were busy. Just think it’s time to give up on the food unfortunately.

Slow service and dirty work stations where food is made.
Chipotle really isn’t what it is anymore. Painfully long lines, workers do not want to be there, quality of food does not match the pricing, and the trash was over flowing. Unfortunately, there is no sense of urgency. I don’t trust ordering my food online because they usually either give you less than you asked for or literally give you someone else’s food (has happened twice for far). Overall, disappointed and underwhelming.

It's good that they can improve, giving a better welcome or greeting with a smile...the food was good, but they need more staff in the food delivery area, 3 serving food and one charging for the rest ok 👍they are a little slow.

This location is absolutely annoying this is the third time I have done an online pick up order in the past 2 months and my order is always wrong, I try to call the restaurant to speak to an actual person and you can’t! Don’t go here litteraly any other location is better than here!
