I visited your store today and I was extremely disappointed with the level of service and organization. Upon arrival, I noticed the line was about 15 people deep, which is understandable during peak hours. However, the store was out of white rice at 8:30 PM, as well as vegetables, and the chef was too busy cooking chicken to address these shortages in a timely manner.
Employees repeatedly told customers to assemble their bowls and promised to add missing ingredients later in separate containers, which created a chaotic and inefficient process. From placing my order to leaving the store, it took a total of 40 minutes—an excessive wait time for a takeout order.
Additionally, I purchased a soft drink, only to find that all three specialty drinks were unavailable. When I brought this to the attention of the manager Emmanuel Serrano, he simply told me to get something from the fountain drink instead, without offering any real resolution. When I voiced my concerns about the overall experience, his only response was, “Sorry, we’re busy.”
I strongly believe this location needs corporate intervention to improve operations, ensure proper inventory management, and train staff on customer service and efficiency. My experience at this store was disappointing, and I hope that improvements are made soon. I look forward to the new location at Flamingo Crossing opening, as this store currently does not meet the standards I expect from Chipotle.
I told you I would write a review Emmanuel Serrano! You suck at your job!!!!

I ordered food on the app and when I arrived my food wasn't ready on the shelf, but sitting on the work area. I live about 15 minutes away and my food was cold, even after I was assured it would be. Food looks good, but cold.

Update and edit: I still frequented this chipotle and they have made a couple changes and I haven’t had any bad rice since. One of the guys even offered to carry our meal out to our table for us because we had a larger party. Food was great thank you

We like to come here a lot but unfortunately we have just had too many times where the rice is crunchy from not being cooked enough. It makes the whole meal disgusting and needs to be fixed! I hope it doesn’t happen again because I love chipotle

Poorly managed. They are frequently out of ingredients early in the day or they pick and choose who gets what. I was refused cheese on both of my burrito bowls, go to pay and see a whole thing of cheese at the mobile area. They refused to give me the cheese saying it was only for people who order online... and it was only 8pm. They are open for hours more... are they just going to not give cheese to people in the store, but give to mobile orders. That makes no sense. This isn't the first time this has happened with other ingredients. It's insane. Charge full price and cheat your customers... that seems to be the motto with this location.

It’s a hit or miss. We pick up from this location regularly. Some days are good and others not so much. It depends on who is working that night.

The past few times I have been I have had a bad experience. The rice is always undercooked and the meat is awful, salty and chewy. I am not sure what is going on but the manager at this establishment seems to not care about 1. The customers and their complaints and 2. About running this chipotle like it should be

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at a Chipotle location run by Emmanuel Serrano, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. First of all, the staff seemed completely disorganized and indifferent to the customers. The line was chaotic, and it took far too long just to get my order taken.
The food, once it finally arrived, was a soggy mess. My burrito was poorly wrapped, leaking everywhere, and the ingredients were stale. The rice tasted undercooked, the beans were bland, and the meat was tough and dry. It’s hard to believe a restaurant chain like Chipotle could serve something so unappetizing.
What really took the experience from bad to worse was Emmanuel Serrano himself. Instead of overseeing the operation and ensuring quality, he seemed completely disengaged, hiding in the back or chatting with employees while the place fell apart. It was clear he wasn’t interested in maintaining the standards that Chipotle is supposed to represent.
I won’t be returning, and I highly recommend you avoid this location unless you enjoy waiting forever for subpar food and terrible service. It’s honestly embarrassing that someone like Emmanuel Serrano is running a restaurant.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at 610 Cagan View Rd
Clermont, FL 34714
United States restaurant on 11/23/24
I was in line to order a burrito and, as I was about to pay, I requested vinaigrette sauce. I was informed that it was unavailable. Since this sauce is an important part of my order, I decided not to proceed with the purchase. As I was leaving the restaurant, the manager loudly yelled at me, telling me not to come back again.
This interaction was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. As a customer, I believe I should not be treated this way for making a decision based on my preferences. The lack of vinaigrette was disappointing, but the behavior of the manager made the experience unacceptable.
I have always enjoyed Chipotle’s food and service, but this incident has left me deeply dissatisfied. I hope you can address this matter to ensure that future interactions are more respectful and that customers feel valued, even in situations where their expectations are not met.
Every employee looked very sad or mad. Nobody was smiling. They all looked so bothered people were in there. First I asked for a burrito but the tortilla on the side and she was going to put it in a burrito but have another tortilla on the side lol. After I explained put it in a bowl she threw the tortilla in the trash. I wonder how many times she wasted food and the companies money. She gave a huff and puff. She puts very little food in the bowl even when you ask for extra. The person at the register was completely lost about the Halloween promotion. She also looked very annoyed about it. She asked people for the coupon which it isn't. Not sure if it's a struggle finding people who are competent but nobody seemed so today. If I was the boss I would fire most of them.

I have been to many of these Chipotles, but this one is the icing on the cake when it comes to customer service. They don't acknowledge you, no smiles, pretty much a robot making your food behind the counter. And now they don't do sides, so for a bowl of rice and beans $7 and change. Will go elsewhere if I am in the mood for this type of food.
