I was here and my food was 30 minutes late but it was not the restaurant's fault. They got bombed with 70 orders all at once and everyone's food was late. The young ladies working the to go were absolutely heroic. They powered through the orders as quickly as they could. They were pleasant and polite even though the customers were being rude. They exhibited grace under pressure. No matter how rude the guests were they were apologetic and never slowed down. I understand being overwhelmed and these ladies handled it well. I will be back.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. They never seem to be prepared, they’re always running out of things. There is no sense of urgency. Portions are smaller than any other Chipotle. I wonder if it’s a management problem, because no other Chipotle is as bad as this one. I would rather drive 15 minutes down the road than deal with this one. I’d probably get it quicker anyway.

This location is HORRIBLE. I always remember why I don't go to this one. This Chipotle is dirty, employees are rude and have forgotten parts to my order countless of times. It's actually getting out of hand how much they ration their portions now. Not just in meat but in all of the ingredients. So not only do the prices go up but they want to serve you way less than what you're paying for. This place and company is a joke. Way too expensive for the quality of food. You're not even paying for friendly or quick service??? Let me add that, I was in line for 15 MINUTES. There was only a family ahead of me. How do you have 5 people on the line but can't even keep it moving? 1 Star across the board. Do not go here, try to the one in Minneola if anything.

I just watched how the customers before me were treated by the server and saw the lack of care put into making their food and it really bothered me. It was enough to make me turn around and walk out before even ordering. I headed to Chick-fil-A instead — the price point and customer service there are much better.

I walked in to order just a bowl of protein like I usually do and I'm usually charged 4 to 6 dollars depending on the protein I get. I told the lady I wanted just a bowl of protein and she said she is not allowed to do that anymore and she could do as a side. I've never heard of that but okay, since its way less meat I thought it would be cheaper. How the hell is two SIDES of meat $15???? Im better off getting a bowl with double protein at this point and throwing everything else out.

Just came in, was treated so poorly I’d never come here again in my life. Lady was not attentive, or kind. gave me dated steak and I ask for fresh one steak she mocked me and told me I should have told her before. Stating she knows it bad but only would give me fresh steak if I bought additional meat. I told her I didn’t want the other steak and she mocked me again stating I should have told her earlier. The attitude and the overall level of professionalism is what made me walk out and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I can about my experience. I now remember why I stop coming to this establishment. Over worked employees and poor management leading to overall dissatisfaction with quality of service and food. Do better, be better.

On vacation in Orlando my family and I came in to order and to go order. Unfortunately while waiting in line we notice the staff member being disrespected due to them not providing a large amount of chips to them, and asked to call corporate or the head manger due to the staff just doing their job. I truly hope that on this day none of those staff members get in trouble etc. as the staff members all were very professional, patient and very friendly. Thank you all for providing great service.

I’ve been a regular customer at this Chipotle for the past two months. I always order half and half of two proteins, which is a common and accepted request at many Chipotle locations. Today, a polite young staff member served me just as I asked. However, a woman—who seemed to be a manager—interrupted the service in a rude manner, confronting him in front of me and other customers, accusing him of serving “double meat,” even though it was clearly a split portion.

What made it worse was how she scolded him publicly, creating an uncomfortable and tense atmosphere. It was completely unnecessary and disrespectful to both her coworker and the customers. To avoid more conflict, I agreed to pay the extra $3.85, but it wasn’t fair or handled professionally.

This review isn’t about the money—it’s about the way people are treated. Good customer service is not just about food; it’s about respect. I hope management reviews the leadership at this location, because today’s experience overshadowed the good work of the rest of the staff.

Food is usual, the lady who filled uo my order was generous. The only weird thing is that, girl at check out just staring at her phone, like she is realllllly bored of her job and looked at me like I am homeless guy, maybe I didn’t get drinks and chips, I dont know.. Anyways, food is good.
