I ordered tacos with chicken, veggies, and cheese and a side of the chimichurri. The lack of portions they put on them was a joke. There were only three other customers in there, which was unheard of back in the day. Chipotle is done. Private equity destroys a once great restaurant.

Sadly this location is super inconsistent with giving the correct portion size. When I compare a bowl from this location to the location in Champions Gate ir the location in Posner, it is significantly smaller. I guess I'll have to drive further to get the correct portion.

This place should not even be allowed to be open. I ordered my wife’s food and mines online. The app told me that it will be ready in 20 minutes. I sold up in exactly 20 minutes because the app told me that it was ready. I walked inside only to find that it was not ready. They seem to have plenty enough staff, but there was a major line at the counter, I understand being busy but saying that my order is ready and it’s not as unacceptable and a waste of my time the quality of the food plus the cleanliness of the restaurant was absolutely terrible trash was coming out of every garbage can that you can see no one even try to wipe down any table that was inside of the restaurant I should have took pictures and videos, but I just really wanted to get my food and leave after getting the food. My wife stated to me that hers was cold, and I already saw my bad seating on the counter not even in the pick up area. I would never ever return to this store again because the customer service was not great at all. The food was Terrible and I feel like someone needs to come in and just close this place down. It was just that filthy.

Slow service portion chicken they cut it so much is like crumbs you get came back 12-22-25 the portions are smaller they cut the meat so much is crumb you getting they take the wak and hit againt the metal .3 times so half of the spoon falls off profit profit profit time to stop eating at chipotle been eating since 2015

Very inconsistent depends on the hour they give you the right amount but many times they dont. If is at night they stop cooking and give you cold meat very unhealthy is not all the time but most of the time they need suprise food safety inspector to come there. Check the schedule for December 21 2025 around 8:00pm

We came to this Chipotle wanting to order carne asada, which they had on special, and at 7:30 pm they were out and didn't plan to get any more! Since they close at 11:00 pm, I think that's negligent.
Overall experience was sub par, staff were off putting but there was one person, Amaya, who helped us and she was absolutely lovely to deal with. Great attitude and manners and overall kind person.

I was here and my food was 30 minutes late but it was not the restaurant's fault. They got bombed with 70 orders all at once and everyone's food was late. The young ladies working the to go were absolutely heroic. They powered through the orders as quickly as they could. They were pleasant and polite even though the customers were being rude. They exhibited grace under pressure. No matter how rude the guests were they were apologetic and never slowed down. I understand being overwhelmed and these ladies handled it well. I will be back.
