I ordered food on the app and when I arrived my food wasn't ready on the shelf, but sitting on the work area. I live about 15 minutes away and my food was cold, even after I was assured it would be. Food looks good, but cold.

I have been to many of these Chipotles, but this one is the icing on the cake when it comes to customer service. They don't acknowledge you, no smiles, pretty much a robot making your food behind the counter. And now they don't do sides, so for a bowl of rice and beans $7 and change. Will go elsewhere if I am in the mood for this type of food.

Walked in and there was no line at all and was able to have a great conversation with Jaden (who also made my food I get a triple wrapped burrito so whoever makes it well is good in my books.) The proportions were perfect and everything was tasty no complaints.
