The restaurant is very clean and the atmosphere is nice, but the customer service needs improvement. I placed a mobile order for 6:30 PM and arrived on time, but the drive-through line wasn’t moving at all for over 10 minutes. It looked like the car at the window was having an issue, but nothing was progressing.
I went inside and stood at the register for about five minutes with no acknowledgment because the staff seemed overwhelmed. I finally had to speak up, and the employee simply grabbed my order from the drive-through window and handed it to me. No greeting, no apology—just the order.
It was clear they were understaffed and struggling during the dinner rush. For a new location, that’s something the company really needs to address. A simple acknowledgment and better staffing would make a big difference.
Unfortunately, my last visit to this Chipotle location...or any location is today. The bowl I received had portions which were too small. I visited this specific often because of the drive thru. When I presented the bowl to the preparer I was told that I ordered rice, beans, and chicken (as if I was not the one who placed the order via the app). I told her I either wanted more or a refund. Instead of giving more or a refund, she said she would get her manager. I said, okay. Two men came to the window and explaine portion sizes. I said, I understand. Then, that means the other employees need to be retrained. Turns out neither of those men were managers. Eventually, the manager came to the window and expressed that other customers have been unhappy with portion sizes, as well, they a new GM or disctrict manager. (Title doesn't matter.) The point is, it was implied that portion sizes are not being brought closer to policy. That is fine. I am okay with that latest information. I will not return to Chipotle because I need consistency. I was told I have to use the app to receive a refund. The app uses a chat bot. The chat bot did not understand or resolve the issue. I used Chipotle's online form, instead. If I do not get a response confirming the refund, then I will use energy to contact wherever the head office is for my 19.80. I have returned the bowl and all that came with it. I want my money back. It is the principle of the matter. The exchange was heard by someone I was on the phone with while picking up the order. All that needed to be done was adding more rice and beans (I ordered extra beans on the app, by the way). I did not even want more chicken. Nor do I want an overloaded bowl because it makes it difficult to mix. Anywho, I will drive a longer distance to Pollo Tropical to get what I feel is my money's worth. This Chipotle location is underperforming anyway. All is well.

Chipotle was great! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made just how I wanted it. The staff were friendly and fast, and the restaurant was clean. Seems like the new team and management is rocking it. Great portions, great value — I’ll definitely be back!

Careful this location uses a scale to weigh your food and will actually take meat out of your bowl. Corporate greed at its finest
I walked through this new restaurant for the Lunch , what I liked the most was the cleanliness , and organization of the site The team was very attentive and greeted the clients . But best of all, the food was very delicious and well cooked .

Chipotle quality continues to go down hill, now it’s at the point where is no longer edible.
Every visit to any local chipotle store is the same story of dirty restaurants with unprepared staff and extremely low quality of food.
The days of a sustainable culture of top performers empowered to achieve high standards seem to be long gone.
I had the hope that this new location in Clermont would deliver better quality and consistency but once again it’s another disappointment.
The picture below is the perfect display of how Chipotle is currently operating with completely dried out steak, rice with brown cilantro and over all poor quality of food.
The restaurant seems to have extremely low ADS, should be very simple to cook by order and have the correct amount of prep done to deliver better quality.
Same with cleaning, a slow restaurant should never look that way this one does.
A quick trip to the new Panda Express next door shows that fast food can still have good quality, consistency and clean restaurants.

the white rice was very salty, we let a manager know and they fixed the issue and remade our bowls, very nice staff and really good food.

My fiance and I have tried to give this location multiple chances, and they never make up for it. Every time the app gives an estimated time for when our mobile order is complete, it’s always an extra 15 minutes. The location will also be empty and the order is still not ready in time. They forgot my fiancé’s guacamole (which is an additional charge) and there was a hair on my food. Definitely will not be returning to this location, we have tried plenty of times and it’s just not working.
I tried two times this place and I always regret stepping in. First time, they did not have carnitas, the only non spicy plate. The second I wanted to order some Quesadillas, which were displayed in the menu on top, and the only way to prepare them was if I ordered it online? I waited in line to order a regular food that they display and they do not want to prepare it if I don't order via the telephone? I'm never trying this site again. Place also looks dirty and staff unhelpful.

Bad customer service.
Very clean and polite staff. The food was super quick and ready at second. I got there. Honestly, some of the best chipotle I’ve had in a long time and their portion sizes were very generous. My friend was early for her order and they were able to bump it up to accommodate, which was very polite and kind even though we were willing to wait.✨✨✨✨✨
