The food came to the table cold. They took some money off the bill, which was nice. I just think they need to try harder. Cooks needed to prepare food so that more than one dish comes out warm.

I wasn't very pleased or happy with this particular location. There wasn't a lot of people there at the time we went, however it took a little more time to get our food and my chicken salad had minimal pieces of chicken and more lettuce compared to my sister's salad. The waitress wasn't very pleasant meaning she seemed not happy she had to be there. We had to wait on refills, the manager actually refilled them. At the end of our meal the waitress seemed bothered at the fact we needed to go boxes and wanted to go cups for our drinks. She also charged us for more drinks instead of it being to go cups and charged a meal twice 🙃 Luckily we looked at the receipt cause the cost in way sounded right. The clincher was she didn't bring us a bag to put the food in. The cashier fixed the receipt and also went and got us a bag for the food.

To be honest, I have only eaten at Cracker Barrel 3 times in 18 years. My first experience was in Clermont, FL 2007 and very awkward. My family felt uncomfortable as we were the only black people that got stared at but the food was good. My second experience was in Alpharetta, GA in 2024 and my experience was very good. People were nice and the food was great. Went back to the establishment again 2 weeks ago with my daughters and had an amazing experience! Very friendly staff, very attentive servers (we had a server who wasn’t ours chat with us about my daughter’s hair), they were so sweet. The food was perfect, the atmosphere was calming. This is my new breakfast place on the weekends. 😁

We love Cracker Barrel. Not only is the food always consistently good but we love the country look with all of the cool nostalgic decor that we enjoy looking at. And, of course, we enjoy growing through the store. I have found some great finds there. I always check the clearance area for great deals.

Our crispy chicken, mash potatoes, and Mac and cheese was served cold, nothing plates. We had to wait for silverware and napkins. We had to ask for a check. We were forgotten about. We will rethink this choice next time.

This is always a great place to eat. Everything I’ve had from the menu has been good. The servers are always friendly and you can have fun browsing around the store!
