Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Last night I got campfire braised beef. The meal was outstanding. They are taking it off the menu soon so I suggest you go try it. Our waitress Sara from Clermont Fl was outstanding and had a great personality.

Had a great brunch here. It's not your traditional dine in, they actually have a really nice small shopping area before entering the actual restaurant. I got the grandpas country fried breakfast with the fried chicken and gravy. It came with eggs chicken and hash browns for only 14$ the food was delicious and service was very good.

This is the best place to have a full American Breakfast by far. Lots of choices huge pirtion and incredible service. My wife even bought stuff from the store.

This location has the worse food ever, we were served old hard biscuits and the Mac & cheese was burnt, we didn't want it replaced and had to pay for it anyway.

7/30/25 I ordered the Baked Broccoli and Cheddar Chicken with steak fries and carrots. We ordered extra biscuits. The taste of the entree was very good. However, there was too much cheese sauce and not enough chicken and broccoli. My daughter had the Chicken and Dumplings (very good). The biscuits were not baked long enough. They were not browned enough at all. Needed a couple or a few more minutes of baking. We were there at noon, but they were not too busy and we were seated right away. A lot of empty seats. Great service. I'm a senior. We enjoyed the gift shop.

Ate here 8/1/25, worst experience by far at one of there locations. Will not be coming back to the Clermont location anytime soon. Everything we ordered was sub par, carnival cruises serves up better food and that’s not saying much. White gravy should be white not brownish orange , meatloaf should be semi firm not mush like mashed potatoes, hash browns horrible , grits should not be lumpy and cold. Literally they’re easy to make. You guys need better cooks hands down. Sara was a great server couldn’t ask for more outta her, but your lack of quality control effects there bottom end and it’s not fair to them. D- this time.

I had a great breakfast, but while I was there, I saw that you could buy take home meals for six dollars. Since I have been buying prepared meals from an online service and had them shipped to my house I thought I would try a Cracker Barrel meal freeze it And eat it instead of one of the other meals. I have not tried it yet and the jury is still out but the food that I got looks fantastic. I’ll keep you posted. Thanks for the good deal.

I love Cracker Barrel. The food always tastes freshly made. Delicious homemade cornbread and biscuits, with REAL butter. Sweet tea is some of the best around. I had Chicken and Dumpling soup ( yum) and a piece of Coca-Cola fudge cake with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream 😋. All at reasonable prices.

Was never offered biscuits and or cornbread and when asked I was dismissed and never received. Was never offered dessert and never came back so I could redeem my birthday dessert reward.
