Crafted - Fine Dine Steakhouse

Most of the dinner was fantastic. However, when I order a tenderloin, I expect it to be tender - without gristle. I was disappointed. The flavor was good, but it was not an easy chew.

This is definitely the best restaurant in Clermont. I was a bit skeptical on how the food would be but it was delicious! My husband got the steak and I got the smoked chicken. Everything we ordered was excellent! I’m glad Clermont has a nice high end restaurant.

James was fantastic 👏 as our server. The food was terrific. Started with the octopus (highly recommend). The stake was perfectly cooked. The sides were out of this world. And don't even get me started on the desert. We will definitely be back.

We recently visited Crafted in Clermont, Florida, and overall the experience was pretty mixed. Our server, Solo, was friendly and did a good job taking care of us, but unfortunately the food didn’t quite match the price point. The steak was on the expensive side and came out a bit overcooked, which was disappointing. The lobster bisque, however, was a highlight — rich, flavorful, and definitely the best part of the meal.

One thing we didn’t love was the exit experience. When leaving, it felt like we were funneled into their speakeasy bar downstairs with no real option to simply walk out. It came across as pushy and a bit annoying after finishing our meal.

Overall, not a terrible visit, but for the price and the overall experience, it fell short of expectations

4 person party, wine, cocktail’s atmosphere and service were amazing.
Ordered 2 steaks, both had so much garlic they were
Inedible. Wife had snapper- overcooked and old fish.
I had lobster over angel hair pasta. Cooked perfectly, but the sauce they poured over it tasted like apple cider vinegar. We kindly paid the bill and tipped generously. Never to eat here again.
Sad, because we need good steakhouse in Clermont.

A really great place to go for fine dining. Went there for a friends birthday and everything was fantastic. They had a live jazz band playing which set the perfect scene. Waitstaff was exemplary and they also have a lounge in the basement if you are looking for later night scenery.

While the ambiance, live band (trumpet, cello, keys), service, interior design provide fine dining experience feel, many dining options seemed subpar. Macaroni and cheese was a different spin on traditional and other fine dining experiences, but lacked additional flavor more southern palette would expect. Scallops and pea risotto with pea tendrils was the best item tasted. Use of pea and pea tendrils isn't the norm, I would revisit for this dish. Bread served with butter was fresh and a great start. Dubai Chocolate souffle held with visual appeal, but was slightly less satisfying than expected. If you a sober or alcohol free, the cocktails can be made without alcohol. The Dragon Lady was a 12/10. Overall experience was pleasant and worth a visit to check out the Speakeasy downstairs. Alas, if offered an opportunity to revist with some other options it might be worth giving this venue and kitchen some more time to elevate their menu.

THIS IS JUST THE CLUB DOWNSTAIRS - Who in the world are they catering to? From the music to the drinks it doesn't make sense. There is no dress code, the bartenders are beautiful, but inexperienced, the music doesn't create an ambiance it's just loud. It was just sad...

This place is something Clermont has been missing. A top shelf experience that rivals some of the best I've had, all while still feeling like home. The club downstairs is icing on the cake.

This place is amazing and had the best evening with my wife for her birthday! They setup the table and even got her a birthday balloon when i asked to have that arranged as i was coming from out of state for a wedding. The food was absolutely cooked perfect and tasted so damn good!!! Thank you Crafted for an amazing experience and staff for being so professional and perfect. This a must go steak house if your in the area.

We came in for our wedding anniversary and everything was so fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious - steaks, sides, even the bread - and they have a great wine selection. Our server Solo was amazing, so friendly, and the restaurant has good music and a chill atmosphere. We went downstairs to The Club after dinner and same vibe - very friendly staff and great energy. The drinks were phenomenal and the club itself is beautiful. I’m obsessed with the design!! Awesome music, too! Major credit to the GM who came by our table to introduce himself and congratulate us. We will definitely be back regularly!!!

It was our first time at Crafted and James was amazing! He was very attentive without sitting in our laps and recommended the most delicious items. The restaurant was clean, calm and classy. My husband and I will be back. Thank you, James.
