They used to have really good burgers in the past, but ever since after COVID everything changed to worse. We went last Thursday and dined in and saw the prices were higher than usual and when we received our Culvers Deluxe burgers we were completely disappointed. The burgers don't even look like how it shows on the menu. They look much smaller. It looks like they took a pattie and cut it in half and took the other half to make the second burger. We barely noticed the meat in the buns. Also the lettuce and tomatoes weren't fresh like they used to be. Sadly this will be our last time visiting this place. We now prefer Portillo's, that have beefy burgers; or Steak n Shake, where we could get to meals for the price of one value basket meal from Culvers. Overall I don't really recommend this fast food restaurant at all until they do the burgers like they used to.

The staff was friendly and caring. As we came in you could tell the staff was well trained to greet customers and they even used the names of regular customers, making the atmosphere better. The food was very good, short wait time, and very decorated for the companies current promotions. Even purchased a “Curtis Von Cheese” plush for the cheese curd promotion. Parking was good, restaurant & restrooms were clean. Frozen custard was fresh!
Place is kinda dirty. But because of so many costumers cannot maintain that fast. Othervise food is good and service too.
