Our 1st time ever trying this place out and the gentleman taking our order named Logan was super sweet and went over the menu with us and had so much patience. Give that man a raise! The food came out quick and it was delicious. We will definitely be back soon!

They screwed my order up and then when I corrected it they charged me extra, then when it was ready it was my original order, so I ate my fries while my burger was remaid.

First time ever at a Culver's as we kept hearing how good their burgers are and it did not disappoint. The burgers are really that good. It is places like this that put other fast food restaurants to shame. There is no need to go to a Burger King or a McDonald's when you have Culver's. They are above and beyond.

Are there a generally like the food from Culver's I don't like the puddle of oil I did ask at the bottom of the container to absorb but I guess they don't understand what that means

I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated by Ky the manager on 5/4/25 he was extremely rude and would not resolve my problem. He even hung up the phone on my husband. I ordered through Instacart $80 worth of food and not everything was in my bag when I received it. I called the driver, he said it was culvers problem, I called culvers Michael, the supervisor, said it was Instacarts problem, I called Instacart and they said it was Uber eats problem. Not one person was willing to actually help me. I got offered a voucher for a meal to be mailed to me but no other solution. That doesnt help me eat when Im missing food. I tried calling and/or asking for help on the app and nothing was done to rectify the situation...

Response to the owner: I did do that and spoke with the headquarters in Wisconsin, still no resolution. They told me it was Ubers problem. This is such a ridiculous situation and probably will never step foot into another culvers again.

I like a good burger and shake, compared to other fast food restaurants like MickyD and BK, they are far better at least to my palate. I recommend the cheese curds and the pretzel bites, among my favorites.

Went to the drive through order 2 burgers. Only one was in the bag. Fanta soda was out. Called the store to get a refund and they refused because we had one of the burgers. The manager was rude, wanted me to come back to the store but I had to go to work and could not. Not great customer service.
