Just another DQ. Felt really awkward walking in though as everyone at the counter was just staring at me. No greeting just staring. Also they do not have treetza pizzas anymore. No reason to visit DQ anymore. This one even more so for the awkward stares for nothing. Ice cream is the same as anywhere else now.

I’ve been a huge fan of DQ for decades, until now. This newer location in Clermont Fl has got to be the absolute worst! Since it’s the only location near me, I’ve decided to overlook the consistent experiences of ridiculously slow service every time I visit; however the final straw was yesterday when I went to pick up a DQ cake I ordered TWO days prior for my sons birthday( as per their requirement online)
The cake was ordered online with nothing special other than a choice of colors for the piping on top and a Happy Birthday message with my son’s name.
Long story short, I scheduled pickup for 3pm. I literally waited 30 minutes before I asked what was the hold up on my cake. I was told they didn’t have a decorator there to write happy birthday on the cake, and it wasn’t “going so well” with whoever was trying.
Are you kidding me? I ordered the cake two days prior for a special occasion! Why wouldn’t you have made sure it was done for my scheduled pick up time?
They literally ignored the fact I was standing there so long, and even other people who came inside to order ice cream were commenting on how terrible the service was.
I will never go back to DQ again. If this is the kind of people they are selling their franchise to, Id prefer to not patronize them again.
Wow, so disappointed in the level of service ! Left there without a cake and no cake to celebrate my son’s birthday.
@ Corporate DQ… please do better when vetting people for your franchise. And maybe additional training is also needed.

The blizzards were disappointing because our they were overpriced milkshakes. Super melted to the point of being drinkable but the flavor was good. We also got cheese curds that were so good. Maybe just a bad day for ice cream but too expensive to want that experience again. As far as service is concerned there really wasn't any so that's why the low stars.

I am tired of my Heath Bar Blizzard not being full. Definitely not like the advertisement. They laughed at me when I said that it was not full. What the heck?
We’ve been a few times thinking it will be better than the last. Nope. Multiple times poor service - incorrect orders - terrible counter manners.
You should probably avoid this location - unless you’re about to die and even then - you’ll have to wait on slow service, mediocre service.

The burger was. Wow very good. I didn't expect it, it says it in the name asada but it is really asada. The burger exceeded my expectations. We came for the season for pumpkin pie ice cream, it's what you expect with bits of cookies. What if the bathrooms have been the cleanest of the 5 days I was in Orlando. We are wonderful, they smell very very good.

For me, there’s always something wrong with the app here this restaurant in particular does not give out enough deals. With it being surrounded with schools and other businesses the first couple weeks it was open it was all right. Then with time we get to see the true definition The food is so basic and I really do believe you can make this at home like why would I get a burger from here? Five guys is right next-door. I guess it will come down to value right
