When we came in the waitress told us, that it would be 20 minutes before we would get our food. We said ok, a couple came in after us and they were served and got their food in a short time.
The waitress came back apologizing and that the kitchen staff is busy with online orders and we asked how much longer and she said another 10 minutes. Another couple came in sat down and ordered .
