I ordered curbside because my feet hurt from going to one of the parks the day before. I got to the place and waited, and the order was "being prepared" for 16 minutes over the estimated time. I had been there for those 16 minutes waiting in the parking lot. It was weird since there weren't many people inside the restaurant, so I went in to check. Low and behold, my food was already done and bagged when I said my name, ridiculous.

Worst service I’ve ever seen. Place is filled with empty tables with servers and hostess’s just standing around on their phones. Line just to put ourselves on the waitlist is out the door. People waiting on another line just to pay. Literally just 6 tables out of the whole store are seated.

Food arrived in a timely manner what I asked for coffee and some tartar sauce and napkins he did not show up till I was all done eating there were only four other tables full so it's not like they were over busy

We ordered the VERY BERRY pancakes (2 pancakes/ 2 eggs/2 bacon/hashbrowns). The pancakes did NOT contain the 'extra blueberries' you pay more for. NOR, did it have any strawberries on top, blueberries, or the sliced bananas it usually comes with. There were literally '3' small pieces of bananas! For $13.00 it was a total ripoff imho‼️😡

Computers not working. Could not credit card receipt. Could not get a AARP senior discount due to computer being down, could not give change of a 100.00 bill on a 50.00 check. Totally short staffed. I can go on but a total disappointment for a place I normally like.

After a long day sprinting through airports Denny's delivered the perfect salty fried grease we needed before collapsing at our hotel

I don't have stars for this restaurant. They treated me very badly because I don't speak English. And because I was working and I stopped to go eat and I was in uniform. The waitress who speaks English and Spanish treated me very poorly. I am a 65-year-old person and I believe that I should not be mistreated anywhere just for not knowing how to speak English and being dressed in a uniform. It's sad and pitiful and then every time he passed me he burst out laughing. He doesn't deserve to work in a restaurant.
Yes, we were in Florida. We were staying in Summer Bay resorts this past week. I went to Denny’s on Saturday night around seven. It was packed yes look like there was one server but and she had another guy helping her she she sat us down there she asked for the other guy to take our order and everything which was fine. We had no problem with that he got a couple with a service dog came in and they said themselves because nobody was up there to see anybody because I don’t know what they were doing but they were standing up there for like 15 minutes so they went to sit down and you can hear the waitress saying to the guy that I can’t believe they went to sit down how rude they can’t let me do my job I was gonna let that go which was fine. We were ready to go. I raise my hand to ask for boxes from the gentleman and the woman saw me I said, can we get some boxes she said yeah, then she mumbled because I could hear her say that I talk to them before I raise my hand which was a lie then we went to check out we got eight dollars whatever you wanna call it deal and kids free on Saturday and also we had a 20% off my mom and went to the cashier and asked her about the kids eat free and she said what about that the employee like she was being rude to my mom I do not appreciate that she wouldn’t even let us use the 20% off so I took over I said I need to put the check down the middle so evenly she said I can’t do that. I can only move around and I know for a fact that you can do split evenly. I work in the restaurant in the street, then she was being very rude to me and I said I’m just let me pay my bill then you call the other guy saying that he need to take over and on her breath because she doesn’t have time to deal with me. I was pissed then tell the gentleman I said she was being rude to me. I do not have to have that taken care of you being rude and he gave me my ticket and said here you go you’re good and I said don’t pay the other one. he said, no, you’re good to go, as I was walking out, the girl came over I couldn’t hear her say did he pay for the other he said no I took care of them and she comes out with the manager who standing right next-door as I was walking back in after she threatened, say, come pay the rest of your bill or I’m calling the police I said I wanna talk to your manager and I asked the door you said yes now supposed to take care of the customers not take care of their own employees. He didn’t do anything help us listen, but that was it and then he wanted to shake my hand at the end. I’m sorry about that but she is sometimes going on par sometimes waterpark, but you know a manager supposed to take care of the customer and he did not do any of that, I am contacting Denny’s corporate putting a complain in and hopefully get a full refund and hopefully get this girl because she does not to be act this way to customers the way she’s acting customers will get customers leave and do not wanna come back so that’s basically what happened on my visit

An order for delivery was received, but the incorrect items were dispatched. The quality of the products was also significantly inferior.
Furthermore, it is advisable to refrain from inspecting the ingredients used in the products.
Additionally, the flooring baseboards and corners exhibited a noticeable level of dirtiness and disrepair.
I would strongly advise against purchasing from this establishment.

Well we wanted a breakfast place to we went here. Never had an issue at any Denny's.
We were told it would be a 5 to 10 minute wait because as the hostess said the servers need to catch up (red flag one). (Never tell a customer the reason for an issue)
We got seated and out server was Leslie. I like her. She was friendly and sweet.
I went to the bathroom and there was a disgusting smell. (Red flag 2) It's a bathroom so I took it just as that. Went back to the table. We ordered and it took a bit to get the food. No worries bc we were already informed it would be slow.
I had a view of the kitchen. I watched someone in a gray shirt fill 2 bowls of fruit. Some fruit got on the counter. She took her bare hands, No gloves on, and picked the fruit up from the counter and put it in the bowl which was served to a customer. That's disgusting. Use gloves or leave it. (Red Flag 3)
When i was told by my server, they had no more bananas. I said I was relieved because of what I just witnessed and I told her. She said she always uses the utensils for the fruit, and I said, well, that's great, but the other server did not. Makes me think twice about ever ordering fruit. In any kind of restaurant most restaurants, I see people wearing gloves which should be a practice done in all restaurants, because you touch your face, you touch your nose without even realizing you're doing it, you go to the bathroom. Some people wash good. Some people do not. I later witnessed the same server touching her face and touching her nose with her bare hands. So it makes me think that regardless of what award they get for cleanliness and food safety that not all food safety precautions are being taken place here. Had I seen this before, our food came my family, and I would have walked out and just paid for the coffee and the water that we had.
Now let's talk about that bathroom. I went in again before I left and I did open up that middle stall door to try to go in and what I saw in the toilet was disgusting and nasty and looks like it's been there for days.If you don't want to clean the toilets, hire someone that will at a good price. (Red Flag 4)
Leslie was a doll very well-mannered, very polite, very sweet. But unfortunately, this entire place needs a revamp in service. I gave three stars because I liked leslie.Everything else was for the birds.
