Our time here was met with great service as we arrived to a full house and our hostess offered his waiter skills and ensured all guests were taken care of! This is a true example of genuine leadership and wanting to help. Our kids enjoyed this experience because of him and humble spirit! Thanks Dennys!

We arrived as a group of five and noticed several empty tables near the windows that could clearly accommodate us. Despite this, the waiter seated us at a dark, hidden table in the back of the restaurant. We politely asked if we could be moved to one of the empty tables closer to the windows, but our request was denied.

Shortly after, a woman who appeared to be the manager came over and handled the situation in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Although we were speaking fluent English, she chose to speak to us in Spanish, which was unnecessary and made the situation uncomfortable, especially considering we are Brazilian. When we asked for an explanation as to why we could not be seated at the available tables, no clear or logical reason was provided. The tables were the same size, so capacity was not an issue.

This was meant to be everyone’s first experience at Denny’s, and unfortunately it was extremely disappointing due to the poor service and lack of courtesy.

Arrived in Florida from the UK on Christmas Day so understandably, not many places open to have dinner. As a Denny’s shareholder, that was my first thought for us. This Denny’s store does not meet the standards a Denny’s should be. We waited around 15 minutes to place an order and another 45 before the food actually arrived. We had to send a slam burger back as the meat was uncooked in the middle.

What’s disappointing is that order after order was going out for takeout and delivery service drivers - almost as if that was their priority. Another family left due to the wait.

There just didn’t seem to be any sense of care or interest either which is the most disappointing thing. The Denny’s brand is all about service.

Very difficult getting seated. Kitchen was so backed up they stopped seating people for 30+ minutes. There wasn't even anyone watching the entrance checking people in. One family walked in the door and seated themselves and they served them. Our waitress said we had to order off a limited menu. Family behind us had a different waitress and were allowed to order other items.

Visited on a busy day. Had to wait 10 minutes just to put my name on the list because no one was at the host stand or the register. Then was told a 45 minute wait because they were not seating anyone due to the kitchen being backed up. Witnessed at least 1 family just pushing through and seating themselves, then get served while the large crowd watched. Noone stopped them. Not a good experience. Food was okay and came out fast , once we were seated.

This was the worst experience I think I have ever had. There was barely any guests in the restaurant for a Christmas eve and they couldn't even handle that kept making food for the to go orders overlooking guests in the restaurant. When the food did come out it was horrible my country fried steak had watered down white gravy that made the steak soggy, my son's nachos had barely anything on it, my mom's steak was cold she didn't eat a thing, I was charged for cheese on my mashed potatoes and they didn't even put cheese on it. When I questioned the waitress as to why the cook was just doing the to go orders I was lied to saying oh they are putting a hold on that to work in the table orders and they didn't do that just kept doing to go orders. It took 2 hours to get our food and again there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. The cook left the kitchen multiple times to go outfront saying can someone call the other cook to come in 30 minutes earlier and he was getting mad just because guests were sitting in the restaurant upset about wanting the food they ordered.

CRAZY MANAGEMENT!! I came in with my wife and kids this morning for breakfast and had a terrible experience. My server was a young girl and took our order efficiently, as she walked away she was called speak to what seemed the manager in the kitchen. We were seated right by the entrance to the employee area. We heard the manager yelling at our server, it caught all of our attention as she slammed down on the counter and started yelling. We were completely uncomfortable as customers, the poor girl didn’t know what just happened. We could see she was very shaken up, and after being screamed at she exited the store and we didn’t see her again. I cannot imagine how someone could speak to their employee in such a way, I was embarrassed for her. The girl who came and took care of us after did not do any justice. We waited for 25 minutes for our food and it came out subpar and the girl got a lot of our order wrong. Completely disappointed and will never be returning to this location again. Terrible management, poor service and poor food quality. Steer clear of this place!!

In all of my years, I have never seen raw pancakes be served before. They were like pudding inside. There didn't appear to be a manager on duty so I opted not to complain. They had a newer male server that was trying to learn the basics of service but was definitely over rushing and not detail oriented. Not taking drink orders properly, not listening and not bringing refills or syrup etc. It was 7pm and not late night so I expected a better experience.

Place was spotless. It was late night and service was excellent. Our server, Lakesa, was very pleasant and attentive. Food portions were more than expected and cooked per order. Been to other Denny's and had minimal expectations; this visit well exceeded what we hoped for. I rarely write reviews, but Denny's has been badmouthed so much, and it was nice to see this place was no where near those poor ratings
