Very disappointed with them. They messed up my pizza I called them they told me that they would give me a credit for the next time. I then ordered again letting them know that I had a credit for them to tell me it was only for half off of the pizza. No one told me that in the beginning they just told me that I would have a pizza on credit. Not that it's a big deal cuz I can pay for my own food. The point is don't tell me something and then go back on your word.

I ordered two pizzas from the Domino’s in Clermont, FL (Citrus Tower Blvd) and it was a disappointing experience. My order:
• 1 medium pizza with extra ham
• 1 medium pizza with ham and pepperoni

Both pizzas had very few toppings. The one that was supposed to have extra ham barely had any, and the other was just as lacking. On top of that, they both had very little cheese and the dough wasn’t cooked or the dough wasn’t fresh which is unacceptable given that Domino’s uses standard measurements for each ingredient — and clearly those were not followed.

When you pay extra for toppings and expect quality, you expect to get what you paid for. Mistakes like this make me hesitate to order again. I hope this store improves its quality control.

This has been the worst experience ever when it comes to ordering from dominoes. The entire staff needs to be replaced. They do not treat black people with kindness. Their micro aggressions and disrespect towards me was unjust and upsetting.

After placing order for carry out, I went to pick up my order and was told It didn’t exist. I was then sent to a further location. Only to have a delivery driver, Jayden, from the initial location show up at my house with the food.

I was then told I’d have to come back to the original location and when I got there the manager and Jayden We’re both standing outside, laughing.

I hope these people are no longer allowed to derive in customer service. I will be calling corporate

Just want to go place an order and a pizza last week was $10 with a $3 delivery charge that pizza is now $17 for a medium pizza that's a bit ridiculous

The people at my house asked for pepperoni to be added to half of a pizza after I placed the order online. I called up there and they handled it, no hassle! Thank you!

I purchased some pizzas from this location during a half off special they were having. I called and complained about the pizzas being very poor quality. The manager offered me a 50 percent off coupon on my next order. I decided to give it another try, and this time was worse than the last. The chicken wings weren’t tossed in the sauce, I ordered extra cheese on the pizza, which barely had any cheese at all. I will never order from this location again. No quality control what so ever.
