I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location and I didn’t notice until I got there since my phone was dead. Yiris went above and beyond when there was only 30 minutes left until the store closed. She charged my phone and called the other location to sort it out instead of making me drive over there. She then made my pizza herself and had it ready for me in less than 10 minutes! Yiris is awesome!

I ordered a medium pizza online. It said it was going to be ready in 13 minutes. I went to pick it up 30 minutes after the order was placed and they said they haven’t made it yet. The ticket was still in the printer, they didn’t even notice they had an order. There were 7 people working and all of the front employees were on their phones when I walked jn. They told me it would be another 20 minutes. When I told her it has already been 30 minutes and another 20 minutes was ridiculous, she said they moved me “to the front of the line”. They also forgot my sauce that I paid for. Terrible service.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I was so shocked at the service. I walked in to say I was here for pick up.. got completely ignored by the two ladies working at the counter. All they did was look at me and continue about their business. I was standing there ignored for what seemed like five minutes… The other person I was with had to come in and make a big gesture just to be noticed and even then all they did was point at another girl in the back who was prepping the food, without saying a word. The last girl was nice enough to apologize.. but i’d say be warned.

This location is great! We live 5 mins away so we generally carry out but we’ve ordered delivery many times too. Friendly staff, good customer service and consistently good pizzas. Our favorite of chain pizzas by far and this location has yet to let us down!

I’m a teacher and ordered pizza for my students for end of year celebration. I placed an online order two weeks ago to ensure it would be done, and called the day prior to confirm all was well. I was told that it would be delivered. Skip to today, my pizza is never delivered. I call and they tell me that I ordered at the wrong location (even though their app chose that location when I inputted the school’s address) and they cancelled my order. No one called me to let me know, or even emailed me a confirmation of refund. The guy on the phone didn’t seem to care that I had 20 hungry and disappointed students and and up on me when I was trying to work out options to get more ordered. Thankfully, I called FLIPPERS and they had pizza delivered to me and my students in 25 minutes AND gave me half off for being a teacher!!!! I’ll never order dominoes again!

The customer service especially from the manger Maurice was exceptional. The delivery driver was great also. My order was incorrect and it was refreshing to speak to a manager that took accountability and rectified the situation professionally promptly and politely. I will order from this store again based on their service alone.

Took 30 mins to put pizza in oven when the order was supposed to be ready went in for pick up and was told another 20 mins before ready. Waited a extra 10 on top of that and saw it still is in the oven yet. Bunch of kids with no directions on how to manage the store. Had a bad experience before but willing to give them one more chance but this is the last order from my house. Could have gone into Publix and bought frozen and took home and cooked faster than this order today.

I got wings and I had never gotten wings at dominos before, the amount of sauce was terrible. The people were great and the pizza I got was good. But when I called to ask why the wings were so rubbery and had barley any flavor, they said that I got mild which meant less sauce, not the temp of the sauce. I was very disappointed and will not ever order wings here again.
