Staff is very rude. No one can follow directions. When you place an order, they will enter it wrong, make your drink incorrectly, argue with you that they didn’t make it incorrectly, then get mad at you because you want your drink how you like it and paid for it.

One of the absolute best Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to, I’ve been to both Dunkin’s on 50 and the one in minneola and they all have poor service, poor quality items, and poor atmosphere. This dunkin however is very nice on the inside and out, the staff is very friendly and try their best to help you with anything you need and the quality of the items they serve are great as well, WAY better than any other places I’ve been to. Here, you can tell they care. Worth the trip and the prices in my personal opinion. Management is very nice as well👍

For some reason this dunkin location is just the worst :( I will always usually go out of my way to go to the location on 50, but today I wasn't able to. First, I am sure they gave my order to someone else and when they remade it for my it tastes like straight up water. I order the exact same thing at the other location and they make it *chefs kiss* amazing. I just think they need more training at this location!

Milly had an attitude when I asked if they use gloves, avoided the question, and just said they dont touch the donuts. When I asked if she could wash her hands before making the drinks, which they touch the lids and all around the cup, she again, had an attitude. She then went to the sink, put her hand under the water for less then 2 seconds (I'm not exaggerating) with NO SOAP and proceeded to make the drinks.
It's a food safety hazard and she was back and forth on the register, not only making food. I saw her make 2 other orders and run back and forth to the register, operate the screen, put her hand on her clothes, etc. This is why I had asked her the glove question and if she could wash her hands. It's not an odd request to ask for someone to be sanitary.

I went last night (11/23/2024) its just ridiculous how there weren't that many cars in the drive thru and they took forever to acknowledge me. Then after I had to say "HELLO" to get their attention, I placed my order, drove to the window and they did the same thing, ignore me. This particular location will not thrive because the service is purposefully slow and they don't care.
