I went last night (11/23/2024) its just ridiculous how there weren't that many cars in the drive thru and they took forever to acknowledge me. Then after I had to say "HELLO" to get their attention, I placed my order, drove to the window and they did the same thing, ignore me. This particular location will not thrive because the service is purposefully slow and they don't care.

Everyone at this place moved so slow! The cashier was the worst! Waited 15 minutes and they gave my food to someone else! I’m at work so I said I can’t wait for them to remake it so I want a refund! They all acted like they couldn’t hear me asking for a refund, only said she’s remaking it when clearly I said I have to go and still made me wait! So she rushed and made the food and it was cold because she rushed to remake it! Same said girl asked me if ordered an everything bagel so when I said no why didn’t you investigate why I was still waiting and where was my food! I didn’t understand why she just continued her duties 🤣 that made no sense at all and I still want my refund!

atrocious management for months. @$6 x2 daily for my “frozen coffee with whip cream & drizzle” this DD charges for whip cream yet consistency outta it & LG straws. supposed open 4AM yet 3 days past week, nobody at work. staff turn ova ridiculous & untrained. newsflash reg straws don’t even fit in lg cups audacity providing looks/attitude to paying customers bc our orders fkd up & expected wait time longer. i’d drive further or go to Starbucks before i deal wit the incompetence of this particular establishment.

I ask for a regular with milk and instead they added creamer. I am sensitive to creamer! I requested another coffee and told them (3 employees ) that I cannot take creamer and once again they added creamer, funny thing there is a sign that states to let them know if you have food allergies ( you have to really squint to see that sign) hash browns greasy terrible taste. The employees looked disgruntled and that’s how they serve you.
