Been here a few times and the service isn’t always great but the last visit we made here on Sunday 3/16 the cashier was friendly and very helpful! They were very busy with the after church crowds and they got the food out very efficiently. Will be back!
As a loyal Dunkin’ customer since 2009, with visits spanning multiple states and thousands of accumulated points, I can confidently say this particular location in Clermont stands out—for all the wrong reasons. Despite giving it numerous chances over the years, the consistent disappointment in both drinks and food has been undeniable. Every order seems to fall short of expectations, leaving me frustrated time and again.
The only redeeming quality? The pre-made donuts, which thankfully remain untouched by this location’s otherwise poor execution. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of quality compared to the standard Dunkin’ experience I’ve come to enjoy elsewhere.

We recently had a bad experience. From what I'm reading, the main problem is poor customer service, and it seems to have been going on for a few years. In the end, it's poor management.

Bagel was good service was terrible. Stopped here for a bagel manager in black shirt was rude to me and rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a knife. She said to another employee very loud “I already put a fork in her bag” well I’m asking for a knife to spread my cream cheese. At the speaker I asked for my bagel a little bit more toasted because the time previously it was not toasted at all. Manager handed me the bag and said “ I hope I didn’t over toast it “
Customer service was bad on the MANAGERS behalf
Boy in the window was very sweet .

took about 20 minutes to get my food, just a sandwich and hash browns. one of the employees offered free donuts for the wait. however, while i was waiting, one of the other employees who was making the food had to open a guacamole package and proceeded to use his TEETH to open the container. not exactly what you want to see while waiting on food. never coming back to this location. management needs to get involved.
The customer service here is appalling. The employees are always so rude and if you mention they did incorrect, they start attacking you. They raise their voices to hurry with your order. I ordered 4 drinks and got 3, they got mad at me. 3 employees upset because they didn't take an order correctly. Then they're rude about getting the order complete. Why not just correct it and put a smile on? This location is the absolute worst! Employee # 410637 and the other 2 on shift.

Terrible food. Terrible attitude. They can’t make a drink right let alone pretend they care about their jobs.

I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location. The customer service was by far the worst I've ever encountered. The staff were incredibly rude, with no greetings or basic courtesy when I placed my order through the drive-thru. I ordered a large drink, and it was barely filled. When I pulled up to the window, the employee had the most unwelcoming attitude, simply saying, "Go ahead with your order," and after I finished, just, "Ok, pull up." No thank you, no politeness, nothing.
Is this really how you treat customers? It's clear that they don't care about providing good service. If you hate your job that much, maybe it's time to find something else. I really hope management sees this review and takes action to improve customer service. At Starbucks, even if the staff are having a bad day, you'd never know—they still treat you with kindness and professionalism. I won’t be returning to this Dunkin’ Donuts. Do better!
