Multiple times I have stopped at this restaurant for breakfast. On my way to work every single time. My food is burnt not sure why but it is this past go around. I ordered a sandwich and hash brown. Had to pull up and wait at least 10 minutes for my sandwich That was burnt and I didn’t even receive a hash brown. This store is sorry and I do not recommend visiting it

I asked for caramel, extra in fact! Why did I get hazelnut? The funny part is, I am severely allergic to hazelnut. When I tried to call to speak to a manager, the phone would get picked up, but no one was on the line.

I've been trying to call to speak to a manager and no connection available. I have a severe allergy to hazelnut and it seems like they cannot follow directions. I have asked twice for just caramel iced coffee and twice I've tasted hazelnut. I will try it again the third, maybe this way I will sue them and they will learn how to follow directions.

I ended up not even eating the sandwich after watching 10 people being served before me and it was not even busy.. I waited 20 mins and was the only person in the store waiting. As soon as I walked to the counter they had my sandwich ready as if they were waiting for me to say something holding my sandwich hostage. Lol I won’t be going back here

This location was a little disappointing. We drove through but had to come in to get a drink corrected. Once inside the person who worked the register was really great.

I drive out of my way to come for the matcha here, they make it perfect! Not too blended so it doesn’t just taste like milk, you can actually taste the matcha which i love!
This location is difficult to get to, very small and dangerous parking spots, mainly do to drivers that pass through Clermont, FL. That is the main reason I will not recommend this location, especially for families with small children, as this location is also near an extremely busy highway. However, their customers service is on point, we always get what we order, they are very patient and they provide us with lots of suggestions, (at least when we have visited this location.) We will continue to visit for their great customer service. But I will only recommend this location as a quick stop option for anyone.
