This was our 3rd time trying this specific location. The first time they said they were doing a store cleaning. The second time they said they were out (of several different items b/c we felt they were lying.) The 3rd time-this time, they simply said, “oh we just don’t got em right now.” When we asked when they would, the answer was, “oh, like tomorrow.” We asked when they closed-9pm. It is 7:50pm. Just really disappointing.

Wow. That was extra special. Extra specially bad. Stood there forever and was ignored. Finally Samantha walked up and started at me. I said hello? Tried to order, hardly had any donuts to choose from and no medium cups. Didn’t have espresso. Couldn’t do anything that we wanted. Left frustrated, unhappy and sad. It sucks when something is this close to where you live and you have to drive 15 minutes away to get decent service.

Service was fast and iced coffee was perfect 👌 just as I requested. It's usually frustrating, I find that one Dunkin's is not like another. I find that pumps and cream amounts are never the same.

I wasn't too happy with the service nor the food. They didn't have anything really and my food was cold and not given to me as advertised. Got the $5 burrito special with coffee . She placed the coffee on the counter and another customer was all up on the cup which made me think it was his and when cashier saw me standing there she asked me am i missing anything and i said yes my coffee, she took it out the mans hands and told me it was my cup. Like WOW really just like that.......

This location is the worst! Staff is always in a horrible mood. Food and coffee is subpar compared to other locations. If I could give 1/2 a star I would.... smh.

Golden Goddess

This particular location disappoints everytime I come there. Whats the sense of going thru the drive thru just to go inside after they screw up your order. The guy with the glasses & curly hair I guess he's the supervisor or something. Definitely needs better customer service & attitude adjustment. Ppl are spending their hard earned money & can do without his poor attitude. I wish I knew his name. Will not be returning this location sucks!!

I wouldn't feed this food to a stray animal. Lowest quality food imaginable. Everything tasted like it was all made with chemicals in a lab. Breakfast sandwich, donuts, coffee, all tasted terrible. There needs to be a complete executive/management overhaul of the Dunkin Donuts company. I don't see how executives are keeping their jobs...I will never return to a Dunkin Donuts again...

Hot coffee was perfect, but the service was so slow 🐌.
They are making the ice coffee way to light. Please add more coffee to the ice coffee and stop trying to rip off the customers.

On the morning of February 17th (Monday) at 7:00am. I stopped for a small coffee on my way to work. I received my coffee however the employee had trouble opening the register. He ask this older lady (that had an attitude) to help. Acting like she was bothered (slamming her headset on the counter) she opened the register and started counting the money. She said to the employee they didn't count the register. She continues to count the money. I'm standing there waiting to pay for my item and needing to get to work I said out loud; "You got to be kidding me". She then said to the employee; "Cash him out in the other register and get him out of here". The owner or senior management need to have a chat with her to change her behavior or work somewhere else. There was no excuse what-so-ever for her for acting like that for circumstances that wasn't my fault. If I was her supervisor she would be gone by the end of the business day.
