Terrible experience buying through the Dunkin Donuts app. I downloaded the app, registered, and placed my first order. Upon completion, an error occurred. I checked my account and the charge had been made, so I went to the store to pick up my order. The manager informed me that there was no order. I showed her the debit on my account, and she simply told me to open a dispute with my bank regarding that payment. Just like that! Having my order or trying to resolve my problem so I could receive it is not part of this store's protocol. I felt disregarded. I will never return. Now it's just a matter of praying and waiting for the debit to be refunded to my account. In contrast, I thank @krispkreme for respecting its customers.

You have to wait a super long time in the drive-through, they take one order wait for the order to finish and then take the next order, even ordering ahead my coffee was very bitter. It’s like they can never get my coffee right, I ended up throwing it away. This is the only Dunkin close to my house. I think twice before buying from here and I always go back thinking it will get better, but it doesn’t. 👎🏻

I get breakfast there some weekends. They are always prompt, courteous and accurate in the drive thru. It can get really busy but a wait is expected when there are tons of people ahead of you.
