You have to wait a super long time in the drive-through, they take one order wait for the order to finish and then take the next order, even ordering ahead my coffee was very bitter. It’s like they can never get my coffee right, I ended up throwing it away. This is the only Dunkin close to my house. I think twice before buying from here and I always go back thinking it will get better, but it doesn’t. 👎🏻

I get breakfast there some weekends. They are always prompt, courteous and accurate in the drive thru. It can get really busy but a wait is expected when there are tons of people ahead of you.

Ya’ll haven’t once gotten my bacon egg and cheese order right once I’m not gonna lie. It’s only this dunkin too. Just give someone the brown sugar bacon when they ask🙄.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited in the drive through line over 16 minutes for ONE coffee. I totally understand being understaffed… but if you don’t have the staff don’t open the store because you’re backing everyone up.

The staff in the afternoon, Chris and his colleague deliver outstanding service. My regular frozen coffee is made to perfection and I notice the difference if I go on the weekend or early morning. Chris and his colleague in the afternoon are the best! Thanks for the great service!

Went inside and ordered a breakfast sandwich and a frozen coffee. Watched employees handling garbage at the same time as handling food without gloves. The work station for making sandwiches was not clean and trash was on the floor. It also looked like a shift change. Asked for a refund for my sandwich before it could be made after watching an employee handle bacon with his bare hands while restocking. Watched multiple employees handle headsets that were just used by other employees and every single male was in dirty uniforms, unkept hair that they were touching before touching food or garbage or food storage containers. The only thing I can say positively is that they all seemed kind and helpful. The whole store needs attention and possibly food safety training.
