I have been coming here for several years but something has changed. I always enjoyed the friendly service and speed and they were the only DD to consistently prepare my coffee the right way. I drive 20 minutes to get here even though there are closer ones. BUT their ovens have been on the brink, the speaker has been broken for days in the drive up, they are always out of stock on something, the food is cold even though it’s supposed to be hot, they toasted a bagel when I didn’t ask for it to be roasted and the lady had a terrible attitude when I took it back. She said the default is to always toast well how would anyone know that? It was hard like a rock but the I toasted bagel was just as bad and my grandson couldn’t eat it so I threw it away. Overall they are always understaffed and just assume people will wait. The hazelnut shot is getting watered down. Just an overall disappointment for sure. Either they changed hands or the owners stopped caring but this place needs an infusion of fresh air with customer service and fresh(er) food (I know it’s all frozen but it could be prepared better and the bagels and donuts are old).

Don’t mobile order from here. Twice I have used the app to place an order and go to the store for only to be closed so then later in the days when I try to call them to get a refund, they never answered the phone so I have to stop in there in person only to be told with attitude that they can’t issue a refund that the app is third-party and only they could issue it and the app people tell me the store has to do it. Their store manager has attitude whenever you ask them for any help, and you always have to get the district manager involved to finally get something done.
