This place is the worst at service. Never has any items and is never staffed properly. It seems like they have no idea how to multi-task. Waiting in line at the drive through for over 20 minutes. Just for them to even take the order. And you're at the actual box and Tell you to look at the menu. Knowing you've already been there for 25 minutes. Management really needs to do better and so does their staff. After 25 minutes, we decide to leave and head to another Dunkin Donuts. And that was 25 minutes sitting at the box waiting to order.

Terrible service! Had us waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes, when we got to the speaker they told us they would be with us when they can. What does that mean ? I just needed a dozen donuts smh. We won’t be returning.

Just left this location. I stood at the counter for over 7 minutes and no one even acknowledged that I was there. Granted, they were busy with drive thru customers, however I was the only customer in the store. I observed 4 employees who appeared to be busy, but none could even look my way, the only customer in the building and standing at the counter, to say "we'll be with you in one minute". I wish I could rate this Dunkin, but their hours online and directly on their door were inaccurate. No one inside (with lights on) 33 minutes after posted opening time is a little much.

During my visit to Dunkin' Donuts, I had the pleasure of being served by an incredible team of individuals. Sasha, Hazel, Arik, Elysia, Madison, and Mackenzie all worked seamlessly together to provide exceptional service. Each of them greeted me with a warm smile and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing short of fantastic. From taking my order to preparing my favorite drink just the way I like it, this team of dedicated employees truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend visiting Dunkin' Donuts and say hello to Sasha, Hazel, Arik, Elysia, Madison, and Mackenzie for a delightful and memorable experience. Five stars to this amazing group of Dunkin' Donuts staff!

Placed an online order for pickup:Bagel smelled of chemicals, seems like the water has to be changed because I couldn’t eat past the taste of it.Coffee taste burnt and over creamed.. I asked for 2 and got what looks like 5.Please pay attention to these orders. It’s your only job.

Do NOT come here. Multiple health violations that are ignored because management is friends with the health inspector. They also allow their sick employees to handle food. If you value your health you should not eat here.

Short staffed and does not acknowledge anyone as we walked in. Placed mobile order at least 5 minutes plus have to wait another 5 minutes and asked the staff where my mobile order is where it was made but not placed on Mobile Order trays. There were two other clients also experienced the same issue.

Never go there again. I ordered my food and coffee at 11:44am. I got my food real fast. I told them about ten times, I didn't my coffee. I finally got my coffee at 12:05.

I know it cannot be easy to run a business these days, with the challenges of finding qualified employees and managers. But this place has been running horribly for years. Today I was in the drive-through lane for almost 25 minutes to buy two donuts, nothing moves. I often see this place Swarming with employees, but seems like nothing gets done. And if I go at 8:30 AM they are already running out of donuts! The place is open till the evening, so how can they be running out of donuts at 8:30 AM every day ? The management in the store is not doing a good job if they cannot order enough to keep stacked with what they’re famous for at least until early afternoon. I’ve been so frustrated with this location for so long but unfortunately this is the closest one to where I live. Please get some new management in this joint. !!! Almost forgot to mention that I never get handed a receipt when I buy something here, and more than once I’ve been short changed and they ask if it’s OK because they don’t have enough change in the register, so do I have a choice? I pay cash at this location cause I would not trust my card for a minute in an operation This poor.
