WARNING to anyone getting drinks at the Clermont location. I had a bee or wasp in my drink. I unfortunately almost swallow the wasp through the straw. This location knew they have a problem with bees getting in their syrups and still to continue to serve drinks. I would suggest anyone allergic to bees not visit this location. We will not return to this location anymore.

I will never recommend anyone visit this location. This location really has a rude management team. Snowflakes that have no sense of humor. Also, there were only 4 cars at this location when I got there and it took 15 minutes for me to get a pre-made drink, which was at best sub-par. Go to the Dunkin right down the street, it’s a much much better value for what you get. This place has become entirely too expensive. I will never go back to any of their locations once I have used up my points.

I have been an avid DB drinker for 7 plus years. This location lacks time management skills. The slowest DB ever! I can mobile order then show up and it takes 10+ more minutes after the scheduled pick up time to get two drinks. You guys need the out west trainers to come to this location to get your people with the flow.

I was very disappointed with this company twice I stopped by here one time last night and second time a couple weeks ago! People are so rude here I get home late for work and I get treated so awful 😞 I don’t know why I keep coming here I go to both 7 brew and Dutch bros and 7 brew are more friendly people then here I’m sorry I stopped by last night 😕 I’ll go to the Dutch bros by my work instead!
