The owner and his son Henry bend over backwards for their guests. They always insuring that I feel Attended and satisfied with the service and the food. By the way, the food is amazing. Reminds me of my childhood and my mama and grandparents dishes. I also want to add that employees that work. The counters are also very courteous and professional and it’s also a blessing because they speak English too and even though I’m Puerto Rican I have issues understanding full-blown Spanish. Point blank I love this place and I wish it was open Mondays. Only cause I’m off and it’s the first thing I want to eat in the morning is a mangu plate from El Cerro

We’ve enjoyed eating here in the past, so choosing them to cater our family event felt like the perfect decision and they truly made it special. Henry was absolutely wonderful to work with. He took such great care in helping me choose just the right amount of food for our gathering, without ever making me feel pressured or upsold.
Everything was ready right on time, beautifully prepared, and made with so much love. My family couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was especially the pasteles! They were an absolute hit.
Thank you for helping make our time together even more memorable ❤️

The Spanish breakfast sandwich is Amazing! I order with Tomatoes instead of Ham 😋. They have Spanish rice , Ropa Veja, Pot roast, Chicken, Pork. I personally don't eat meat anymore but man do I miss it when I walk in here. The Aroma of Real Authentic Food fills the Restaurant.

I'm not usually a fan of Dominican Restaurants but this place is the best. Very clean, fresh food and prompt service. I honestly like to go for a breakfast sandwich and cafe. Recommended.

EL Cerro’s NEVER disappoints! They went above and beyond for my catering order of 40ish people this past weekend. Unfortunately they had a family member whoms not doing well in their family and had to close on Saturday, but because my order was already preplanned they had came in specifically to assist me with my order! I highly recommend this place for any regular luncheon or catering!
