Terrible ownership. Very rude. I love the idea of the tea room experience, I wanted to be able to share that with my daughter , however dont waste your time here. They dont post anything on their front door to let you know that they are having a private party, instead they will literally see you standing and knocking with your child and ignore you. Seriously, how hard would it be to put a sign on your door. Or maybe be nice and come to the door with some humanity and just let people know . Clermont could do better. This is not a family friendly business. Lavender 'N Lace Tearoom is amazing, worth the drive. I only gave it one star in order to post this review.

Enjoyed a Wicked themed High Tea and had a great time! The owners were welcoming and engaging! Food was excellent as was the tea selection. Perfect experience for a local day out!

Be here once it was terrible. I got out a place here. The owner is a racist. Hate the Black people don’t come here if you’re not white They treat us terribly. We didn’t get tea. I did a reservation and everything.

I attended the Harry Potter tea event. The food and service were good. I appreciate the family ownership and great tea shop. They are very nice. My disappointment was that it was supposed to be themed Harry Potter and although they did a good job pairing the food and teas the decor and actives were not what I expected. It was decorated for St Patrick's Day. They did HP trivia but then did TV show theme song trivia because people came that aren't HP fans so having something for them? Then made a few jabs of how much better the show trivia is versus HP. If you are going to have a theme and I gave my business for this advertisement then support the theme and don't bash it. I don't care if others are there that may not be into...then don't book that one. Not sure I'll try another one.

I wanted to like this place so much. I took my mom, and a whole group of us to it as a treat. The food was just meh, and after getting to know a TON of others who have been the experiences of others have changed my mind greatly. I won't repeat what I heard because its not my own experience, but I can believe it based on my experience when I was there. Before going just do a little research on any social media platform to see what others experience has been like. Not good, there are far better places to go. The owner should close and let a better business take the spot.

My grandmother, sister, and I went to celebrate our late mom’s birthday as she loved tea rooms and the experience. We had a great experience at Erika’s tea room. Everyone was so nice and attentive. Tea was excellent and the food was great! I was shocked to read all the negative reviews as our experience was nothing but positive.

Super place for tea and a mini theater program. Homemade food was absolutely delicious .

If I could give zero stars I would, incredibly rude owners both to customers and employees, and they close randomly without updating their hours and ignore customers while inside. Horrible place, I don't know how they're still in business.

I thought the first time I went here a few years ago the lady was having a bad day or just in a bad mood. Well I decided to give them one more chance. I believe everyone deserves at least that. Well unfortunately after all these years they still have an evil, witchy, people hater type of vibe. They need to sell the business to loving people or shut it down. Beware, they watch you like a hawk, talk in a nasty tone of voice, and can literally ruin your day with their negative energy.
I never saw the reviews before I went to leave one today. They said the one star reviews are fake but evidently they aren’t. These woman should be ashamed of themselves for treating my children and I with such cruelty! I’m definitely saying a prayer for them because they need Jesus ?!

Just a reminder that this disgusting human was arrested for abusing her elderly father. Don’t support this, all of Clermont does not support her. Ew. Update: nothing to add she’s still terrible.
