This sushi restaurant exceeded my expectations. The moment I walked in, the cozy ambiance, the subtle scent of hinoki wood, and the soft Japanese music immediately set the tone for a pleasant meal. The fish is incredibly fresh especially the salmon belly and uni, which were rich, sweet, and literally melted in my mouth. Honestly the best quality fish in Clermont -- a must for sashimi and sushi lovers! Since moving here 5 years ago, I don't think there has been one month that's gone by where my husband and I have not eaten or ordered from here.

Their new menu items are also absolutely delicious. We are absolutely spoiled, the other sushi spots we tried here cannot compare.
