I was very impressed by this location. The prices were a little higher but the portions were bigger and had a great taste. I was pleasantly surprised. Great staff, great seating inside and outside.

I order the Lasagna roll and alfredo for $6.99 and a Happy Hour Lemon Italian ice for $2. I was charged $13.99 for Chicken Alfredo Lasagna rolls, which wasn't what I wanted. I don't like broccoli on pasta. Ick 😥. I received no breadsticks and had to go back in and ask for them.

Parking: There was plenty of parking and it was quick to get in to get food
I had not had Fazoli's in probably 3 years, but I stopped in for takeout. The ordering was easy and they prepared my food so quickly. (Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken) While I was waiting- literally 2 minutes later - I realized I meant to order a different entree (baked penne with chicken and broccoli) and they gladly made a different one. No fuss, no judgment. They did not hesitate. Sophia, the manager, was so nice and had me take both entrees( only paid for one) because she didn't want to throw anything away even though it was my fault that I ordered the wrong thing. Such incredible customer service! Also a plus, I saw the cook wash his hands and change gloves 2 times in my 5 minutes there! Very appreciated! When I got home, the food was still piping hot and the portions were so very generous. The quality and taste of the food was top notch! I can definitely make two meals out of each entree and probably really three meals out of each entree! The breadsticks were warm and tasty. (Seriously, they put Olive Garden to shame.) I can honestly recommend a trip to Fazolis! Great value, great quality and most importantly, they treat their customers with respect and genuinely good service!!!
Fazoli's in Clermont is delicious! They are always friendly, and Richard especially went out of his way to check on us today.
Highly recommend Fazoli's! Glad they are back.

Fazoli's is a fast food Italian restaurant without the fast food taste. Flavorful and satisfying. Today we had the $7 lunch special. 2 items , drink and all you can eat garlic bread sticks. Oh so yummy. Pasta cooked excellent and the sauce thick and seasoned just right. Today I had the lasagna and fettuccine Alfredo. To me the portions were kinda small , but they are lunch size. Over all very tasty and good value
