The first time I went here it was good! When I order drive thru for the first time, the spaghetti meat sauce is not enough to cover the pasta , the sauce no seasoning and bland, But...the fried mozzarella bites is really good, no consistency the portion of the sauce .
First time at Fazolis and enjoyed the fettuccine Alfredo and spaghetti and meatballs.Breadsticks are really good, flavorful and served hot.Service was quick and friendly.Will go back ? Just a follow up to share, just enjoyed a senior special and iced tea.Portions were generous and came out hot and quick.Bo was our server and did a great job.Will return soon.Great bread sticks and the spaghetti and meatballs are a good choice.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking right at the front door.

Went with my friend for dinner. It was pretty darn good for a quick pasta dish. Bread sticks were served warm and they were so goooood. Very friendly service and place was clean too. It hit the spot.

Tried this place for the first time today. The service was incredible for a fast food restaurant. They even grate fresh parmesan cheese on the meals and deliver them on a tray to the table. I will definitely be returning. Very impressed.

I’m happy with the service.Although I was being frustrated with the food last time I ordered, still they reached out to me and apologized. My bad when I over reacted coz I wasn't able to drive to the store that night and the store already close when I received the delivery, plus were hungry.Fettuccine Alfredo is good. There’s enough sauce that doesn’t look dry before I could mix it. The bread were fresh, really I can tell the difference with freshly made.Thank you Krystle for making my experience extra special. Also, to the crew in the store, we did not wait long for the food and its our first drive thru experience in the store. We can see them preparing freshly food just by the window.
The best Italian fast food franchise. I hope you are in Kisseemme and Orlando soon.

Fast food Italian restaurants. You pay at the register and they bring your meal to you. We went for lunch and got the lunch special. You pick 2 for the special, upcharge if you want chicken alfredo. Small portion of both. The chicken alfredo was good, but only 3 little bitesizepieces of chicken. The breadsticks are delicious, highly recommended those. Could have more options for the soda. The restaurant was clean and service very good. Salads are on the smaller size and lack luster. Not worth the price in my opinion. Ample parking.
I love Fazolis. I got the Italian sampler again. It has the lasagna, fettuccine and spaghetti with one meatball. Since I was getting this to go I bought extra breadsticks. I also bought the club sub. Definitely will get a sub again. It was stuffed and delicious. The crew at this Fazolis was the best. Very friendly and helpful.

Stay away from this location. Ordered in the drive through just for them to completely mess up my order. Nothing I ordered was correct and was over charged for extra items I did not request. Was out of “Alfredo” at 2 pm in the afternoon?!

I ordered baked spaghetti with meat sauce what a big disappointment more pasta than anything not even 2 tablespoons of meat I should've checked it before I left I was traveling threw the area basically it was unacceptable paid $11.00 for pasta and hardly no sauce what the heck is the world coming too back in the day they use too be good if I wasn't back in west palm beach I would drive and get my money back may dispute it on my credit card I will upload a picture
