We had to place a HUGE order for a corporate training being done through a secondary mayor. The manager, Hailey, was extremely patient, efficient and just overall fabulous!!! All of our orders were perfect and she completed everything In aIn a timerin a timely manner.

This location needs an overhaul on customer service and upholding the ideals set by this restaurant chain. Their were 5 employees and yet it still took over 20 minutes to get just a veggie sub. ( I've seen locations with less staff complete the same order in 5 minutes) It was in the middle of the afternoon and the restaurant was not busy. The staff would put a priority on online orders over onsite orders. The restroom needed a good cleaning and smelled disgusting. (This was brought to the attention of the staff and they advised someone will work on when they can) The restaurant was filled with smoke and most of the floor and tables needed cleaning. I will not consider eating at this location again anytime in the near future.

Parking: Small shopping plaza with parking that easily fills up quickly...

So disappointed, all I wanted was a club on a sub and all my boyfriend wanted was a turkey sub but instead I got a turkey sub and he got the club. I also wanted cheese on my sub but I guess if I can’t get ham on my club there won’t be cheese either. It’s really not that hard to pay attention to the order to make sure it’s made correctly. I guess I’m lucky you messed up the cheese on both subs or you would’ve killed my boyfriend who has a dairy allergy. Seriously y’all need to do better.
