We started our first visit to the Clermont First Watch when it opened in Clermont and our server was Rachel. So bubbly and friendly. The most professional and efficient server we’ve ever known. Over the years she has become so dear to our hearts and we regard her as our family. I would highly recommend her and all the staff at this location. It is the very best! Rachel is second to none.

I am very disappointed to find out today that First Watch is not as “healthy” as it claims to be. ? I asked my server for “real butter” for my toast and pancakes, but I was surprisingly informed that they can only use “MARGARINE” or “PAM” which both have an ingredient that my body creates an inflammatory response to. So much for the healthy meal or farm table concept. Unfortunately I will not be returning. ?
