One of my favorite places to eat at however todays service wasn’t the greatest… seems our waitress was more worried about trynna get the most tables then to actually work for her tip. Other employees attended our table more then she did. I had to wait til she actually came back to see if we needed anything for me to ask for syrup after we all got our food which 3-5 plates were waffles and pancakes, I ordered water and she just brought a cup of water unlike the usual glass bottle were I can refill it as I go so I waited for my food to get to the table to ask for more water which was a while because it was busy, then waited about 10-15mins just for a to go box and the only reason I got it was because I asked another employee for it then she realized we were still sitting and asked me if I needed a box to go -_- I paid my order by phone & while I usually tip more then 20% today I tipped $4 and she was lucky I even had that because I wouldn’t have left a dime had I not had those 4 singles. The tip for her would be pay better attention to your tables we’re not just dollar signs your attention & service determines your tip.

Double bacon parm hash was lit! 🔥 coffee was really good and I like how they set the pot on ur table so u can refill your cup as needed instead of waiting for someone to notice. Great server today. Food was super fresh. I actually felt great after eating it. Definitely gonna be back a lot!

Very nice place to eat, their menu had several unique dishes that we haven't seen before. We tried their double bacon egg hash, nicely done, loved the flavor. Prices are similar to other restaurants in Clermont, but good value for their price with large portions, large enough that my wife and I shared one item. The decoration and style are very trendy (ok, I am old, so maybe that is relative), but we loved the atmosphere of First Watch. The young lady that served our breakfast was very nice and friendly, food was promptly delivered. Just wish they opened at 6 am.
