We live 25 miles away, my son order on line because I had to do errants nearby 5 guys before going home after a very busy & hectic week, especially Friday starting at 7am and lea awwving at 6pm after an unexpected emergency in the company communications systems leaving fire alarms without any connectivity, mostly aiming to get home shower and have a meal, I took off expecting the order to be complete, but when I got home and open my daughter's order was missing, my wife called back and we are expecting a refund of my daughter's missing BLT sandwich. I will not drive back for it nor will I loose hard earned money for lack of attention!
Just adding a thank you for your prompt response in returning the money (+ a few extra $)back to our card for the missing order, we'll make it there again one of this days, once again thank you, highly appreciated.
