We went here last night to get food. James, who seemed to be the store manager, took our order. He was a little curt with us but we didn’t think anything of it at the time. After ordering, we were waiting for our food and realized we forgot to ask for extra cheese on one of the burgers. As we have come to five guys many times in the past, we believed extra cheese was free as we had not been charged for it before. So we asked the people making our burger if they could add extra cheese. They did but then James came out and started yelling at the guys making our food, saying that cheese is an up charge and they shouldn’t have done that. It was very uncomfortable for us and we didn’t appreciate how he was speaking to the cooks, especially when it seemed like he was making this up as we had never been charged for extra cheese in the past. I ended up looking it up too and everything I found said that extra cheese is free. Even if this is not the case, it was extremely inappropriate for James to speak to these employees this way right in front of us. The food the other guys made was delicious and we love five guys but tbh this kind of turned us off and made us not want to go back, at least to this location. I hope it was just a bad day for James but that does not excuse speaking down to people who are just trying to do their job and make the customer happy.

It's just not what it used to be. The taste of the meat has changed. And the prices are out the roof for what you get. I used to love their burgers and fries. Not so much anymore. Will be going a whole lot less now. Better taste at Burger King for half the price

Swung by for a quick bite or so I thought. After ordering the wait was nearly 20 mins before the food to came out. Seemed like they had some Uber Eats orders but still surprised it took so long due to the fact that there was only one other customer inside.
In any case, always love the generous portion of overflowing fries! Accompanied by a Cheeseburger with all the toppings. Definitely got a bit messy when the bottom bun started breaking apart but that's the sacrifice one must make having a loaded burger, lol
To sum it up, my hangover was cured after this visitation.

Five Guys nails fresh, juicy burgers with tons of toppings. Their fries are legendary - huge portions, perfectly crispy. Prepare to pay a premium for this deliciousness, though. Burgers reign supreme here, with a limited menu and basic atmosphere. Great for a satisfying splurge

This was my first time to Five Guys. Great burger ,and fries! The service was quick,and the order was accurate. The menu is pricey for fast food,but I enjoyed the experience.

I ordered online and picked up my food. The process was quick and easy. The food was ready by the time I arrived which was about 15 minutes. I was greeted with a smile and the place looked very clean. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the level of grease the burgers had. It had a good flavor but soaked the bag and wrapper. It was a mess to eat. The fries are also on the saltier side which could be good or bad depending on your tastes. Overall I still recommend this location.
