Absolutely enjoyed our meal from Food for the Soul today. JD can cook some food that SPEAKS to you. I enjoyed a Hot Honey Fried Chicken sandwich and my wife enjoyed the BBQ pork Mac n cheese sliders! Can't wait to come back and try something else on the menu!

This food truck is right on property at the free to enter The Citrus Showcase. We came here in the 4th of July and this food blew me away! We ordered the Mac n cheese bites and we got 5 huge fritter type discs of crispy golden and perfect Mac and cheese bites with a side of ranch, the bar next door sells wine slushies and it’s a no brainer for us where we’re stopping when we’re in the area.

I ordered on Uber eats, the ribs weren't cooked thoroughly, the macaroni and cheese bites weren't fresh, and I ordered a piece of lemon cake, it was dry and tiny, not nearly worth $7.99. The candied yams were very good, however, I threw most of my meal away.

This place is the absolute best. Friends told me to give it a try and I finally got there a month ago. Since then it’s my weekly addiction. BEST FRIED CHICK EVER!! I love the Mac and cheese bites and just Mac and cheese. I say on my drive over there that I am gonna try something different till I walk up and wind up getting same thing everytime. But always take home something different for dinner. Had the ribs and pulled pork Mac and cheese sliders. JD is the absolute best and She is in charge of picking out my dinner take home beung I don’t have self control To order anything but friend chicken. She has yet to let me down with my Surprise orders three weeks in a row. Thanks JD see you this week!!!

Went to JDeez Food for the Soul on Christmas Eve. Had jerk chicken with beans, rice, and cabbage. So good… will be back next trip to Clermont. My wife had the fried chicken which was excellent as well. Must get her homemade hot sauce.
