Four Palates Gelato & Bakery

I cannot tell you how many times I order from this bakery. It's daily. If you want traditional breakfast with a boring menu, then this is not for you. Denny's is more your style. This is a menu with so many options. The area is flooded with boring breakfast and coffee spots. Starbucks to Dunkin, waffle house to IHOP. This IS NOT THAT!! These folks are a family business that shows love and care to their customers. Every single time I'm there, the owner has an actual conversation with me and asks how I am doing. It's a local small town vibe with a lot of flavor. Today I had a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel. Loaded with egg, as if I were back in NY. Cheese melted perfect. Sausage was not a lame patty. Was kelbasa sausage, and the bagel was fresh. Crisp on outside and soft core center. PERFECT. Reminded me of being home in the 90s. The whole transaction is pleasant. From good morning to Merry Christmas and have a great rest of your day. After going to bagel bros, waffle house, and all the other chain restaurants in Clermont, it simply makes no sense to go elsewhere. Fast service, good quality made fresh food baked on site. Local local local.....thanks again for another great experience

We stopped in Four Palates last week while on vacation & I'm so glad we did. I got the Jerk Chicken wrap with plantains for lunch. The portions were HUGE & absolutely delicious! I got 2 very filling meals out of it. Their homemade jerk sauce was superb & it was topped with a mountain of perfectly paired slaw. We also couldn't resist taking some pistachio cake home with us & I'm so glad we did! It was lightly sweet and topped with a light but dense layer of icing that I believe was ricotta based. I'm not sure what it was made of, but also a perfect pairing. I didn't try the cannolis, but they looked magazine worthy & based on the cake I tried, they are surely top notch. The owners were very welcoming, easy to talk to & clearly love what they do. I will definitely go back if I'm ever back in the Orlando area, I highly recommend checking this place out for their real food & their desserts!

I can't say enough good things about this bakery. My husband and I were looking for a bakery for our wedding. This bakery was the only one whiling to make us a cannoli cake for us along with Italian pastries. They also drove an hour to get to our venue. They made it happen without hesitation. My favorite cookie is a pingoli cookie and at the end of the tasting he made me some to take home which was so unexpected. Fabulous people and a talented baker!

Went in today while visiting the area. The store is really cute and clean. The lady behind the counter was really nice, as well as the baker who came out to say hello. Asked if they carried anything gluten-free and chose their crape with netella and berries. It was so good! Highly recommend. SIL recommens the NY style Cheesecake i tried the filling, and i agree. Will definitely be back next time we're in town

We ordered some food based on reviews and while my husband found the chicken and waffles to be decent and my Berries and Nutella Crepe was pretty good. We ordered bacon and didn’t know they do turkey bacon. As it is not advertised in their menu as such. The bacon had a rubbery texture and it was burnt (completely inedible). I ordered the marshmallow latte (iced) with oat-milk, some of the marshmallows were severely burnt and made the whole coffee taste like burnt marshmallows, the coffee was pretty watered down too. Neither the coffee nor the bacon were good. We had high hopes for this place but we truly ended up with mixed feelings about it. For reference we spent about $40 and expected more from this bakery.

We ordered these treats on a family vacation. I read the reviews and had high hopes so I ordered one of about 10 things for the house. Most things were stale and nothing exciting. I thought it would be fresh but I found the things tasted a bit freezer burnt. The cinnamon roll said " best ever " and was hard as a rock , we ordered 2 so that wasn't the best experience however I was expecting more then I got but maybe that was just my fault. I wish the experience was better but maybe because I ordered online they give you older things .

This is like stepping into another place. It has a relaxed vibe and the owner Hugh is a great guy friendly and welcoming. The Lattes we had were delicious and the crème brûlée was on point. Thank you Hugh for offering this small and qaint place to sit sip and relax. Wish you lots of success!

The biscoff tiramisu had the perfect balance within all ingredients. Refreshing—what I felt was being done to my palette! The sweetness was just right, not too sweet but just enough for you to truly savor all of the flavors and components within it. The light citrusy zest accents brought the classic tiramisu to another level. Definitely coming back for more. It was a masterpiece. Grateful to the chefs for creating such experience for me. It left me longing for more!
