Enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the fresh air. I wish Foxtail offered a more seasonal tea or chai tea option. All their seasonal drinks were coffee options. The cashiers were very kind and customer focused.

Foxtail Coffee Shop presents itself with the appealing design and cozy ambiance of a modern third-wave establishment. They even offer cold brews and pour-overs with specialty beans, leading you to believe they cater to a discerning coffee palate. However, beneath this stylish facade, Foxtail operates more firmly in the second-wave category, particularly when it comes to espresso expertise.
My experience with their espresso-based drinks was consistently disappointing. A cortado arrived more like a macchiato, topped with an excessive amount of foam. Similarly, a subsequent latte also suffered from an abundance of foam, detracting from the intended balance and texture. While the decor is inviting and the staff genuinely friendly, the fundamental execution of their espresso falls short. For those seeking a truly well-crafted espresso, Foxtail is, regrettably, only a few steps above a mass-market chain like Starbucks, down to thier paper and plastic cups

Well, can someone please school me on the protocol to order coffee? I literally stood at the counter for over 20 minutes and none acknowledged me. Do you have to order first? Being in a wheelchair I rolled myself to a table and I thought someone will come to me and ask me if I needed anything but no, I was totally ignored. Left quickly after that…

We went on a quiet Sunday afternoon for ice cream. There was no one there so that’s really nice. I did see a few people ordering through drive through so that’s a nice feature when you are on the go. The ice cream is yummy. I imagined it gets very busy in the morning. The menu looks like they have a good variety of coffee and food as well as other non coffee drinks in the refrigerator. Will come back.

Lovely experience here. I appreciated the visual appearance of the industrial decor, high ceilings and display cases. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and both the coffee and ice cream were well made. The atmosphere is relaxed, and there is plenty of seating. WiFi and several outlets are available which make it a great spot to get work done. The ice cream area is small but perfect for grab-and-go. You may also enjoy the outdoor seating area. There was a great variety of snacks to complement the drink options. Definitely stopping in again!

The service was poorly!
We were waiting for three minutes for the employee.
When the employee came to serve us; she was also answering the phone. This is such a waste of time waiting for four coffees. In addition, another employee came and she started talking to another employee who came from the back.
The size of the cups were small and the coffee tastes burnt. We requested to be replaced once.
We will never return!

Really good iced latte. A few places available for sitting but not too many, so it may not be the best study spot.
Great coffee and a nice place to just have conversations and relax, I go here often after work or to do some school work
