Anna was so nice to me and my friend, she was able to maintain costumer service with the people in front of us who were making things difficult for her, and then was able to keep a smile with us after. I truly admire her being to keep it together and then give the best service she could. I ordered my hibiscus tea and i loved it. Thanks to Anna.

Great place with great customer service!! Anna helped me and my friend out right after dealing with 2 different incredibly rude customers at the same time and was extremely kind towards us. She was running things by herself which makes me respect her even more! Will definitely come back <3

If you order 2 chocolate croissant they should tell you that they shut down the oven. Instead of selling you two frozen croissant and tell you afterwards that they can’t heat them up because they shut down the oven.
Very Rude customer service Foxtail coffee Isn’t the best coffee shop ever and you can see why Service is rude and not very welcoming! Coffee makes me sick to my stomach 🤢🤢

Enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the fresh air. I wish Foxtail offered a more seasonal tea or chai tea option. All their seasonal drinks were coffee options. The cashiers were very kind and customer focused.

Foxtail Coffee Shop presents itself with the appealing design and cozy ambiance of a modern third-wave establishment. They even offer cold brews and pour-overs with specialty beans, leading you to believe they cater to a discerning coffee palate. However, beneath this stylish facade, Foxtail operates more firmly in the second-wave category, particularly when it comes to espresso expertise.
My experience with their espresso-based drinks was consistently disappointing. A cortado arrived more like a macchiato, topped with an excessive amount of foam. Similarly, a subsequent latte also suffered from an abundance of foam, detracting from the intended balance and texture. While the decor is inviting and the staff genuinely friendly, the fundamental execution of their espresso falls short. For those seeking a truly well-crafted espresso, Foxtail is, regrettably, only a few steps above a mass-market chain like Starbucks, down to thier paper and plastic cups

Well, can someone please school me on the protocol to order coffee? I literally stood at the counter for over 20 minutes and none acknowledged me. Do you have to order first? Being in a wheelchair I rolled myself to a table and I thought someone will come to me and ask me if I needed anything but no, I was totally ignored. Left quickly after that…
