It is time to close it down!!!! I had to send my first order back due to cold chicken after waiting 25mins. 2nd order came out chicken wings still had blood in them. If I get sick after tonight from food poisoning I will be suing Gator Dockside.

Service so slow, we left and ate dinner at home. Monday special is wings, so we ordered wings. Server must have forgotten us. We waited 40+ minutes before I got up to complain. Restaurant was nearly empty too.

I ordered a salad the chicken with the fruit and my friend said was there any meat on your salad it was $18 worth of lettuce. We had a big group and we told management that we were coming and there was a large group and there was only one waitress and I guess only one cook and we were all eating and somebody didn't even have hers started yet very poor quality of service and poor quality of food.

This place used to be great, good burgers, house made ranch and blue cheese and lively atmosphere almost day in and out. But... for some reason after they decided to take away the tailgate burger things just weren't the same and it's not just this location, I travel all over the state and have enjoyed many of their franchises. But today I paid $30 for a burger that I couldn't even finish and I unfortunately don't think I will be able to come back, thank you Gators for the good times it was great while it lasted.

Had a great time. Food was very good. They were out of a few items due to menu changes but the waiter ended up giving us 15 dollars worth of gator dollars. The waiter by the way was absolutely incredible. THANKS!!!

The food was good after the kitchen made it a second time, and the service was good. The bingo was kinda lame, you should try a music themed one. The only complaint I have is the prices are way too high, but so is everything else.

Had a mini family reunion with 2 children yesterday. Got a really large booth for the 6 of us. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was AMAZING! My bbq chicken blue cheese salad was the BEST I've ever had. 5 star worthy! Everyone enjoyed their food including the kiddos. Highly recommend. We live an hour+ away and will make that drive again! *****

It was all you eat wing night. Understandably, it was a busy night, but our server only had like 4 tables. I had to ask at least 4 times for my ranch and from at minimum 3 different servers cause ours was hiding in the back smoking outside the back door. Each order I placed I asked for my wings to be crispy, not one of them came out crispy. It took so long to get anything that we were there for almost 3 flipping hours. Not going back to this location. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened here.
