Ordered a pick-up order directly thru their own website. The email confirmation said it would be ready at 7:30pm. We arrived about on time and we were told they were bagging it up. 10 minutes later another worker asked us if we were waiting for food and we said yes so she went to check on it. After another 5 or so minutes she came back and said their internet had been down and they JUST got the order at 7:45 and had started working on it. We got our food at 8:15, a 30 minute chicken wing ticket for a restaurant that had 3 seated tables when we walked in. When we got home 3 miles away it didn't get any better. The garlic parm wings were super soggy, cold, and tasted like they were made an hour before. The Trifecta dry rub wings had maybe 3 pepper flakes between the 5 of them and tasted nothing like the Trifecta wings we had gotten there before. Half the fried pickles were burnt and tasted like they were fished out leftovers from the fryer. We've had good experiences here before but this was a lot all at once and sadly I doubt we'll ever go back.

Great atmosphere and friendly helpful staff. Steph, our waitress was very attentive. Then, as we were finishing up, Kris, the magician, entertained us with some amazing magic tricks. All made for a very enjoyable meal.

The lemon pepper wings were crispy and well seasoned. The category 3 drink is not for the faint of heart. Trust me, one is enough unless you plan on going into an alcoholic coma!!!

I eat here regularly and love the tropical mahi! The pretzel appetizer is always warm, soft and the queso dip is on point. I finish things off with a chocolate lava cake with ice cream, so delicious

I will start off by saying their grid Iron wings are delicious! But I do have to say that the service is horrible. It takes FOREVER to get your food, and no one checks on you. We live close by and have been several times thinking maybe the next time will be better, but it is only getting worse. If I were the franchise owner, I would do some investigating. Management there is the main problem and they do not know how to trian new employees. We know this first hand as one of our family members worked there, and on day one, they were told they were on their own as a server (they have never served before!) We knew right then that this wasn't going to be a good job for them and it also explained a lot of problems they are having. This particular location is always dead and I am surprised they are still operating.

5 stars. The Hurricane Grill and Wings restaurant is clean, quiet, and delicious. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is impeccable. On Saturday's there Is a table magician who's name is Kris Sheppard. He is kind, funny. He also is a very interactive magician. I recommend going to the Hurricane Grill and Wings restaurant on any occasion.

Amazing welcoming staff. We were served quickly and our waiter returned multiple times to ask if we needed anything. He also refilled our drinks without even checking and made sure we were filly provided for. We were thoroughly entertained by the local musician, Kris Sheppard. He learned all of our names and was very personable, and provided many cool tricks to show the whole family. Amazing experience!

I am reading the negative reviews as I always do to make sure I'm not being biased. But looking at these reviews they don't seem to have anything relative to actually say about the restaurant. Complaints about perfumes, other peoples voices and no signs doesn't seem like a deal breaker to me. Our experience was completely different the food was great, more than what we expected, it was actually seasoned correctly which is rare, tasted amazing and the service was great everyone was nice from the time we arrived. And to do a comparison we are from up North, Chicago to be exact where customer service and restaurants are held to a hire standard. Since moving here I have had a hard time finding a good restaurant that has a balance of both good service, good food and great environment. If you ever had food from Chicago you know what I mean! This place checks that out. Lots of these restaurants out here have staff that are rude or brush off everything you say. Honestly good customer service down here is rare. So it's a breathe of fresh air when you come across it. This place and the Wharf on Sunset Walk hit the right mark. I'm glad we found this place. The food is also very reasonably priced which is not so easy to find with all the new incoming residents. If you want to try somewhere with good food for a decent price come check it out! I have had bad service and this wasn't it. It's a tropical environment, with laid back music "Bob Marley" an example, and they play retro tv shows on the monitors like "Home Improvement" which is cool. Again some people don't like this type of vibe but if you want the rude uptight vibe there's a billion other restaurants down here that will give you that vibe. I feel like it's a hidden gem! Don't take my word for it try it yourself. But again people like what they like. This is simply my own opinion.

A consistently good experience. The restaurant was super quiet for Sunday lunch. We had no issues. Wings were hot and tasty, as were the fries. Chicken wrap full of fresh vegetables and tender chicken. Our server was terrific. He checked in on us often. Love this Hurricane and it's cute Florida decor.

Worst restaurant ever. Ordered a house margarita. It tasted like tequila and salt all in the bottom. I ordered a water with that and it tasted like dirt. One waiter explained a lot of people say that about the margaritas so i ordered a Pepsi. I have never tasted a Pepsi like that before. It tasted like grass. Straight disgusting. I got the chicken blt tacos with chips and salsa. my mom got the perfect storm. Food came out and let me tell you…. The perfect storm tasted like the death storm. the chicken blt taco tasted like it came off the street and the salsa for the chips tasted like trash. It was disgusting. DONT EAT HERE EVER!!
