First, the food was very tasty and our server was prompt, but it took the hostess 10 minutes to seat us as she was busy with several employees who were chatting up a storm in the rear of the restaurant. Another server (Stefanie), overhearing my guest and I discussing politics, chose to insert her opinion (for several minutes) into our conversation. It was not appreciated. As for pricing; $50 for two breakfasts seemed a bit pricey. Breakfast Sampler for two was $30, $8 for coffee, and $8 for toast. Plus tip and tax - $50! Did not like the rudeness of the hostess, the other server who thought we needed her opinion, or the price. Not going back there.

Usually IHOP has great food but unfortunately this Clermont location does not. It seems, every time I go to give it another chance, I find hair in my food. It's disgusting. I will not go there again.UPDATE:I've recently went back because it's now under new management.Much much better. Cleaner and the food was hot and delicious. Coffee was hot...I'm so glad for the change. Ill be going back. 4/2024.

Do not apply for a job at this location. I recently applied for a job position at this restaurant and got a scheduled interview set up, when I showed up to the interview not only early but prepared having driven 30 minutes I was informed by an employee that the hiring manager wouldn't even come out to see me unless I was over 18 and in which Im 17, online where I applied for the position it said that they would hire 16 and up. So I wasted my time and gas to go up to an interview that wasn't held due to information that wasn't provided to me.

It was okay, but not great. Not what we were used to with our hometown IHOP in Alaska. Expensive breakfast for 2 people. Service was good. Next time I want to spend $50 for breakfast, it'll be KeKe's ?

I recently had the opportunity to both dine in and take out from IHOP, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The takeout process was perfect, fast and easy. My order was ready in no time, and the staff ensured everything was packed securely. Definitely a great option for those on the go. Unfortunately, dining in wasn't as seamless. Due to what seemed like a short staff, the wait to be served was longer than expected. But gotta give it up to the team for staying cool and friendly despite the delay. They kept the positive vibes going and made sure we were comfy. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant dining environment.

Server Jacob upon arriving into the dine in location began to yell at us and say “I’m refusing service due to you not tipping the last time you were here.” When confronted about that not being true he began making up stories about members of our party “opening the salt shaker and dumping the whole thing out.” Which was also not true. Manager (Lennox) could not and did not resolve this issue actually further making it worse by saying “we have had issues with people like you.” This led me to believe that this is a matter of race. Our whole party is visibly Muslim as this is our holy month and we fast during the day. Server began to high five other customers that were hyping him up and told him “good job” which validated the racism that was obviously occurring. The server and manager need to get fired immediately. Unless for legitimate reasons which were not officially disclosed no reason was given as to why they wanted to refuse service.
The food was HOT and on point. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

My granddaughters Mac and cheese where refrigerator cold and my hash browns were also cold so cold that the cheese that I ordered for the hashbrowns didn't even melt and my sirloin stake was dry and burned. This was an awful experience.
