Ordered two subs online and asked for ranch on the side. Ranch ended up being all over the sub and ruined it for other people which wanted to eat the subs.

This is my first time ever going to a Jersey Mikeās Subs.
My father and I wanted to try it for quite a while, and today we said letās give it a try!
He ordered a True Classic (Ham and Provolone) and I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich (chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato) and they were so tasteful.
My issue was the bill, the lady that assisted us, let us know that they do Pepsi Products and points to a refrigerator they have in the corner. So, we let her know that we want two drinks and if they could provide a cup with ice.
After viewing the receipt carefully I noticed this $4.29 charge that cannot understand, so I ask the lady what is this, and she tells me thatās the cup with ice and the chips for your dad.
I tell her, ok thatās fine. Do I have refill with this cup from the soda machine? And she tells me āno, for that you have the soda bottleā.
Every person that was also dining in the restaurant kept refilling their glasses with soda from the machine, but I was told not to.

Normally love this place but they clearly have a few more teenagers in there than normal working. More focused on talking to eachother, got my order entirely wrong. 5-6 people working behind the counter for all of them to disappear into the back and leave one girl out there. Shame on management for putting the problem children together. Whenever Iām usually there two maybe 3 people behind the counter all working, not talking to eachother.

I got a delicious chicken Philly super warm, cheesy and scrumptious. I also love wild cherry Pepsi. Itās my sweet treat. I so rarely allow myself. I was super excited to see cherry Pepsi on fountain. Kassidy was super friendly chatting with us while making our sandwich. All the staff were friendly, working hard and smiling. Kassidy definitely stood out.
